Amazing apartment. Very quiet, management is very nice and helpful, other residents are friendly and normal, good area so never have had any safety problems or seen anyone who has. Management fixes problems immediately. Told them about my broken microwave so they came to look at it the same day. When they realized it wasn’t fixable they ordered a new one that arrived and was installed the next day

My wife and I have lived here for about 2 years, I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful experience. The community is very friendly and welcoming, we haven’t had any disturbances at all with our possessions or home. The property has been very quiet and safe through out our stay, this is in addition to having a very convienent secluded location in Sacramento. The community has a nice mix of family and long term residents, which provides a nice balance of calm and very respectful neighbors. The staff are excellent! The manager Mary is very sweet and accommodating, she most certainly looks out for the needs of her tenants. Alex and the maintenance team have been excellent as well, very personable, very very punctual to any needed repairs, and or questions (this has been excellent, since many complexes I have lived in before are not as responsive). We are sadly having to relocate due to work, but if this community was closer to our work then we most definitely would have stayed living here. If you’re looking for a nice quiet area that is away from all the riff raff of Arden, then I would highly recommend this community.

Love it here. Staff is great and on it Tons if conveinent features like laundry rooms and pools. Love the neighborhood this place is located in. The manager (Mary) is really nice. The layout of the place is also a plus

I love living here! Office staff is wonderful, maintenance efficient and great location. The property is very well maintained. We have very good neighbors, no complaints! :)
