Fence America

I’ll give 2 stars because of the work done previously by Fence America. I had them out to do our front fence line in 2012. Price was right, work was solid. At the same time, I had them quote remaining fence. Now, when ready to do remaining fence, I had to wait almost 2 weeks, and the price is triple what we were told! I guess if they are busy they can overcharge? I know costs can change, and did not expect 2012 quote exactly, but triple?! Taking my business elsewhere, and recommend anyone else do the same.

I would love to give a better review, because the work was done quickly and for the most part, professionally. However, I have a tough time getting passed one of the most important parts of working with a contractor: COMMUNICATION. I am super flexible, understand that summer is busy, and generally I give the benefit of doubt to the company. (See my other reviews) However, in this case the day after we signed the contract to get the work done we called back to say we also wanted a new gate. No response. We called for a couple of days, finally got a return call after the job was finished (except for the gate). We were originally told that now that the job was done it would be too expensive to come back, but after we explained that we did call while they were still on the job, they agreed to provide a gate. We were told they would call us back in couple of days. Nothing. We called again and were told they would take care of it. I paid them in full on August 18^th and one month later guess what, yup, NO Gate. Bummer, I really wanted to give a great review. Oh well, you can’t always have a perfect experience. On to worrying about my 17 year old air conditioner… that will be more expensive. At least I have GATE money to put towards the cost!

Extremely pleased with the work done by Fence America. They were friendly easy to work with, they arrived on time and had the whole project done in 5 hours including clean-​up. I will use them again for sure.

My old fence may have been falling down but at least it did not look like swiss cheese. The new fence has so many knot holes that there’s no privacy. When I called several times I got oh yes we will be out to fix and heard nothing from them I call and call got excuse after excuse and 9 months later still not fixed, I would not recommend this company to any one!!!

Fence America is a great fencing company. Not only were they competitively-​priced, they were the most knowledgeable about a «funky» concrete wall that was going to interfere with proper fence installation. Arrived on-​time, finished on-​time, and hauled away all debris.
