Ferrari Color

Don’t go there if you are a small company or individual. I work for a Sacramento photography company that has been using another reputable printer in the bay area. We wanted to check other options and to keep our sources local, so representatives were sent to Ferrari… twice! The first time was very unpleasant as our rep got the impression that Ferrari worked primarily with large corporations on large projects and they didn’t want to bother unless you are talking big money. The second time, I decided to go there and my experience confirmed the last person’s.
Starting from the robotic and rehearsed phone call. The sales rep asked a series of questions and then set an appointment. When I got there, she seemed to have no idea who I was or why I came which defeated the purpose of answering questions on the phone call. She then started asking a bunch of question about the company I work for that were irrelevant to what I needed and what they had to offer me. She had a painted on stiff smile and it felt like a very uncomfortable job interview except it was more like an interview to see how much money she could make and if you are worth her time. She did however provide me many nice samples of their products, non of the product I asked for on the phone which was the purpose of the visit. She also wasn’t willing give me price estimates at that time, which was another purpose I stated on the phone for the visit. We agreed I would email her an order and she would get back to me with an estimate. An email was sent but she never responded.
It’s really too bad. They could have easily made at least a $ 1000 sale and had an account for future orders.

I used Ferrari Color when I worked for one of Sacramento’s largest ad agencies back in the day. We always thought of Ferrari Color as a ‘Top of the Line’ sort of place. So we were a little hesitant to ask for pricing during our recent re-​model. They are, after all, the BEST. They got us right in to their showroom here in Natomas, answered all of our questions, and, deep breath, were VERY AFFORDABLE! We ordered a thick acrylic photo mounted with big ‘rivets’ for the area behind the front desk of our salon –with our business name on it. Anything you need they can do it! They delivered a beautiful piece, on-​time and professionally installed it. The boys cleaned up the packing, taught us how to care for our piece and our sales rep followed up to make sure we were happy. We’re going to use them to ‘wrap’ our next vehicle for the business. They do photos, art, signs, graphics, everything! Call them– highly recommended!
