I starting working out with Denise, 3 days a week, about 4 weeks ago. For the first time in my life, I LOVE working out! LOVEIT! I look forward to each session and seeing her, because she always knows just how far to push me, without making me so sore I want to run away and never return. She is funny and chatty and before I know it, the workouts are over. I never feel rushed, or pushed to do anything Im not comfortable doing. She will always find an excercise that you can do, which is why each session truly feels so personalized. She is passionate about what she does, and helping people therfore she makes sure to keep her services affordable so that everyone can enjoy them. Did I mention that Denise is just plain awsome?!

I love Fitzone! I hate most gyms, most have a bad vibe and nothing about it is enjoyable to me. I love Fitzone because it’s a small studio with just you and the trainer, Denise. She has all the equipment of a big gym in a small intimate space. She makes me feel so comfortable and encourages without being pushy or judgmental. She’s also been training me in pilates and I love it! Even when I’m not motivated, I always enjoy going to see Denise. Give her a shot whether you’re just looking to tone or do some serious weight loss.

I have lost 15+lbs and gained so much muscle in just 6 months. We do combination’s of cardio and weights 2 times a week and we do pilates the 3rd day! Denise is an awesome person and very comfortable to work with, just the right balance of what I need from a personal trainer! Her place is by private appointment and very affordable, so I highly recommend you calling for an appointment with her to check out the place!

Besides throwing some totally fun Second Saturday parties as of late, Fitzone is a great place to go if you need to shape up. Owner Denise Fraser will work with you to create a personalized workout plan for her small studio, as well as when you’re on your own. She offers personal and small-group training, and knows her stuff. I’ve been going since April with friends and have seen fellow trainees at every level, from gym virgins to marathon runners. The studio atmosphere is extremely chill and I’ve never felt uncomfortable there. And if you take along a few friends to chat with while you sweat, it’s better than therapy!(Probably cheaper, too. And you’ll fit into your new fall jeans.)
