This is my first review. So what way to start off to pop my Unilocal review cherry by ripping on an establishment I would not recommend anyone to do business with. I am going straight to the point about this florists: THEYAREHORRIBLE. Here comes the nightmare. So I got into a little trouble with the GF. Now for whatever reasons why i got in trouble is irrelevant, the plan was to send some flowers, get a warm response from the GF, I say I’m sorry, she accepts the apology, and I am back in good graces and hopefully not back to couch. Good plan right? No. It’s an awesome plan. An awesome plan that works every time when guys say something stupid. So i gave this so called establishment a call because it was conveniently located next to her work. First of all, the number you dial to their office is not a direct number for the most part. They forward most of their calls to some 24 hour support staff from Arkansas. Now the people on the phone are more than willing to take your order, make a few attempts to up sale you on a better bouquet, take down the address you want to send the flowers to, help you with the message you want to convey to the person and take your credit card over the phone. Pretty standard right? I gave my order, deflected the rep’s futile attempts to upsale me, left my conveyance of apology to these harbingers of love and sincerity and hopefully things go as planned. 1 hour passes after the flowers were supposedly delivered. I say supposedly because I gave them the benefit of doubt that they would deliver the flowers on the date and time as agreed. No response. I am thinking right now 2 scenarios of why I am getting no response: She dismissed the flowers she got from me and still thinks I’m a jerk. Or she never got them. It takes 4 calls back to the florist(i mean forwarding service) to give me an explanation. The first 3 calls to them was me giving my order# and contact number to call back so they can research it. 1 day passes and the 4th call back to them results with me calling them back and then provided with explanation what happened. Well the Florists failed to let the forwarding service know that they were on vacation and they should not take any orders. Really? Thanks for putting me through all drama. GF was super pissed that I made no attempt to smooth things over. Don’t go to these people. The first time i did business with them, their flowers sucked presentation and they charged me $ 8 bucks for delivery that was practically next door to where it was being delivered. Customer service blows cause they don’t call you back promptly. THISPLACEBLOWS.
