They did a really good job with my driveway and at a reasonable price. They also finished it in a day. My biggest complaint working with them was trying to obtain a document. I called 6 times in the span of 4 weeks to see if I could get a receipt of some sort that said everything was paid in full. Roger(contractor) spoke to me on 3 different ocassions and told me that he had been very busy but that he would see what he could do. I never got a response from him and always had to call him back. There was no sense of urgency, nor any apologies for not returning my calls. These calls led me to believe that he was the person always out in the field, rather than processing the paperwork(still not a very good excuse). I decided to change tactics and contact his business office. A woman named Yvette told me she would send me the requested document. That was 2 days ago. I recieved it after 2 days of calling in and emailing her for it. The receipt was a generic one, without my name or address on it. Unbelieveable. It really amazes me how much trouble I have had to go through and how long it has taken for me to get a receipt. I’m a little worried that if I did have a crack that needed to be fixed in my driveway, they would never have the time to come out to work on it, since they can’t even give me something as simple as a receipt in a timely manner, and with more accurate information on it. Overall, the workmanship was wonderful, but I can’t give them anymore stars because of the disorganization and lack of effort in their customer service.
