Horrible customer service and absolutely no communication.
They were late delivering our couch, then tried to make it up by giving is a free coffee table (which was as cheap as cheap can be). When they finally delivered and were getting ready to leave my husband asked where our ottoman is, they said it wasn’t ready. It would be ready in a couple days they said. Here we are a week later and no ottoman.
Like they say a happy customer tells 3 people, and an unsatisfied customer tells 10 people and out of that 10 they will tell their friend and family.
Not shopping there again.

My husband and I have been looking for the perfect dining table for our new home for quite some time. We didn’t have a whole lot of money to spend but were very particular about the look and qualify of the table. After looking around and finding that most qualify furniture was out of our budget, we went to Furniture for Less. We went to Furniture for Less on New Years Day and found the perfect table. The cost was $ 300 less than similar quality tables at other stores. When we informed the salesman that we would like delivery but could not be available during the weekdays, he informed us that he would have the table delivered to our home in two hours. As promised, the table arrived in two hours. We will definitely return here for all of our furniture needs and were incredibly impressed with the service (both at the store and upon delivery). We highly recommend this store.
PS — while the showroom floor is relatively small, there are several catalogs with tons of furniture to select from.

DO NOT GO HERE! 3 words — Bait and Switch. I was looking through Craigslist trying to find a reasonably priced couch for my daugher’s new apartment in Davis. Saw this ad on Craigslist for new furnishings. The couch we sat on in the showroom looked good, felt comfortable and was reasonably priced. Then I had to pay $ 50 for delivery; then I had to pay $ 40 (cash only — because as the guy said, «I don’t believe in banks.») to get it set up. I was told there was a lower priced version but it was not comfortable and was cheaply made — I thnk this is the one that was delivered!
Once it was set up, I said, «This doesn’t look like or feel like the one I sat on the store.» The material looked cheaper and it felt like the cushions were wrapped in plastic; they crinkled everytime you sit and move around on the couch. The material feels cheap and thin. Guy who set it up says, «I don’t know; I just deliver. This is the one that comes in 2 colors.» I know the one I ordered came in four colors because I was going to order a different color but it was going to have to be a 2-​week delay and I wanted my daughter to have the next day delivery.
My daughter called the next day to verify she got the one that was in the showroom and the woman/​manager was extremely rude. Insisted that the one we ordered was the one that was delivered. Don’t believe it but if that’s the case, then they have a completely different one than is shown on the floor. Bait and switch. Feel ripped off.

We searched and searched and searched for the perfect couch for our living room. It took nearly two years! It was difficult to replace my old comfy bachelor couch. So many memories of girls gone by.,.you know ill-​conceived passes and nervous fiddling of a bra strap. Maybe that’s why my wife insisted we get rid of it. She fail victim to the bachelor couch a time or two. TMI Right?
We were looking for a couch that fit our lifestyle and a color that would go with the rest of the room. By lifestyle I mean we have a cat with claws and a baby boy with bottles of liquid. We went all over town from store to store. From uncomfortable to ugly. From one furniture salesman to another furniture salesman. They follow you like a shark follows a distressed tunafish. Very annoying.
…So it was the end of a long hot day and we saw Furniture For Less across the street from Beck’s. I was like, «We may as well take a shot at it». We went inside and no sales sharks followed us. We immediately saw a bronze colored couch that looked like what we’ve been searching forever for. Next was the sit on it test… and and and it passed! We liked it so much we added the love seat too! Great price.
Now I have some ass-​sitting and TV watching to do on my new couch and sofa. Time for a Weeds Marathon!
