Food was okay, but it was not worth the 11 dollar price tag. Prices must have increased as some pictures show the bowls and wraps being 7 – 8 dollars, but the cheapest ones were 10 and the steak one was 14! the I got the Kamakaze chicken bowl. They give you the choice of salad or rice and I got the salad. The meat was very little and a decent amount of salad and not even that much dressing. It was tasty but not worth the price in my opinion. Its more expensive and less tasty than a simple burrito bowl from chipotle. I won’t be returning to this food truck.

I’ve only tried a few of the wraps but what I have tried has been amazing. I’m normally more of a sandwich person but the Chipotle Steak Wrap is so yummy. Can’t wait to try more. Always fast and the guys are super friendly.

Twice now I have received sub-par customer service from this truck. The first time, I tried to place an order and the guy taking orders was a jerk and not interested in taking my order, so I cancelled it. A few months later, I thought I would give them another shot and while the guy taking orders was pleasant, they still gave my order to someone who ordered after me. They never called my name when my order was done and I know this because I waited. When I asked them about it, they tried giving me two BS excuses as to why it took so long to cook fries. In case you forgot, you’re running a business here. If you think it’s okay for your customers to wait 30 minutes for a side order of fries, think again. Your system is clearly flawed. Sorry, not having it. Get your ish together.

We were out for Concert in the Park and starving– so I gave the Ninja a try. I have to say, it’s not a lot of food for $ 9. Many other trucks offer larger portions for the same price. When folks are out in the heat having beers, you want a substantial meal. The flavor of the Ninja was good– but for some reason the wrap was completely soggy throughout the bottom half… it was totally unedible, now I know why they have forks available. Maybe the pineapple wasn’t drained? Not sure. The customer service was fine, and the food came out pretty quick, just not my style.

Blown away how amazing the food is! I was able to order food while visiting Heretic and was completely impressed. Would love to get a better idea on locations so I can visit again.

Delish — we ate with them one time at a festival and then moved across the country shortly after. Needless to say we have been craving more ever since. It really is a fusion of favors in the best way! We’re coming back for a visit next week and trying to track down their locations!

Yum. Tried this truck when it was parked outside Track 7. My boyfriend and I were out with some friends and were very happy that there was a food truck available to order some dinner from. Between the four of us, we tried several things off the menu since we all ordered something and then two of us went back for more! I had the falafel wrap for $ 8, which was very tasty. There is something about the combination of the spicy falafel with the cooling cucumber, mint, and feta that is just so good. We all loved the wraps we got, and my friend and I split the loaded fries afterwards. They were $ 10, which was a bit on the pricy side since although they were delicious, they could have had a bit more toppings. Perhaps more melty cheese? I didn’t eat much of the steak on top but what I tasted was yummy. The guy taking my order was friendly, but at one point I had to wait awhile because he was in a long conversation with the girl in front of me. He quickly took my order then went back to talking to her. No biggie since they obviously seemed to know each other, but I feel like you should treat every customer the same. I think they were out of hummus, because the girl in front of me tried to order the hummus and naan but just ended up getting a wrap with naan on the side. They have several drink options to choose from as well.

First off — yummm So we are one our way to Lake Tahoe from San Jose and I was hell bent on eating at a food truck, something’s gotten into me lately and I’ve been craving food truck experiences. I found Fuzion thru Unilocal so I called and Facebooked them to ask for their location today. They prompty called me back with the address. We reached a little after 7 and they had closed and were driving away, we waved them to stop and they did! The coolest gesture in a city unknown, Folsom. The manager and owner were so nice to turn on their stoves and make us three wraps, he suggested the steak wrap and he made it spicy for us. Melt in ur mouth steak, soft and warm naan bread that stayed that way for a good 45 minutes while we sat out on the grass eating and enjoying and the kids were stretching after a 4 hour drive. My picky 6 year old, believe it or not ate ¾th of the wrap and my 1 year old was digging into it too. A good start to our weekend getaway, thanks to Fuzion Eatz!

I was excited to see a new food truck on campus today, so of course I had to grab lunch here instead of my usual Gyro 2 Go meal. The staff were really friendly and I overheard them telling another student that they’re known for wraps and bowls. But I ended up getting the loaded fries for $ 10, which had steak, red onion, tomatoes, grilled onions, and cheddar. It was really good and had plenty of toppings. A little overpriced I would say, but then again most food trucks are like that. Next time I’ll try one of their bowls!

Just had Fuzion Eatz for the first time. It was delicious! I highly recommend the Ninja Assassin. The combination of the pinapple with the Sriracha aioli was great. Our office has a food truck each friday and this is the best. Looking forward to next Friday to try something new!

Pretty darn good and all, but definitely hangs on the pricey side for what you actually receive. I was happy to find this food truck outside of my office building one day last week. I ordered the Ninja Assassin, and they had it out for me in five minutes flat. Very helpful for an office worker on a time schedule. I was out for a mile walk and on my way back and suddenly became very hungry. A wild food truck appeared! Very cool and helpful. It was yummy, to be sure, but the portion isn’t what I would expect for about $ 9 from a food truck. I also was hoping for more kick from the description. Sriracha Aioli was again, very tasty, but just didn’t have the spice one would expect from the name, which seems to be popping up everywhere now. Methinks the makers of the original sauce should have gotten that junk copyrighted so that we can have less of this copycat stuff. The fella who made my food was pleasant enough, but the person taking my order looked like he would rather be somewhere else. Twas’ ok. Yummy but not anything to write home about.

These guys can do no wrong! Everything they pump out of there is really good. They come every Friday to a food truck parking lot right next to progressive in Rancho Cordova. There are about 20 different trucks there but I usually head right to Fuzion eatz. My usual goto pita is the ninja assassin. Which in itself is amazingly awesome it comes with pineapples, bell peppers, chicken all sorts of good stuff. But today I decided to venture out and get the chipolte steak. This thing was so good I’m confused on what to get next time. The steak was a great spicy rub if chipotle that left my mouth ablaze. Which is exactly what I like when I order something spicy. A little bumbed today cause the ran out of there chips. Which I completely understand because they are so good. They rival any kettle chips that you get in a bag. They are thick and salty and pair perfect with any pita leavings that might drop on your plate. The fellas were especially nice today because if you kept your order number next week you can come back and they will take $ 1 off your next purchase. Which I definitely will be going back again and again. Keep up the great work!

Was at TBD Fest and wandered around trying to find the best bang for our buck. Got the TBD fries. Chipotle steak over fries with cheese, raw onions and raw tomato. Not very good. It was $ 11 and the chipotle seasoned meat tasted like the lawrys seasoning a white lady would put on meat for«taco night» and some of the fries weren’t fully cooked. Definitely not worth the money.

I like these guys! I’ve visited their truck twice. Once at concert in the park, and another time at Yolo Brewing Company. I’m surprised I never noticed that they offered things like seasoned waffle fries! I will be sure to order those next time. The Ninja Assassin and Twisted Chicken are my favorite. They taste quite similar but both are made with fresh ingredients. They do a nice job with their chicken — crispy on the outside and not to dry. The gyro wrap bread is delicious! Honestly, they should just offer the bread and some of their sauces of dipping. I’d be all over that. I’d also like to compliment the staff. The Fuzion Eatz people are really friendly and they do a nice job communicating and I never feel annoyed spending a pretty penny on food at their truck like I sometimes do at others.

I wasn’t impressed. My girlfriend and I went to the Tahoe Park Food Truck event last night and ordered from Fuzion(instead of Chando’s). She ordered the cod in a bowl. She got a mound of white rice with some fish chunks and a few bits of… something. She said it tasted«OK». Visually, aesthetically, it looked pretty pathetic, plain, and like the chef wasn’t the least bit interested in serving a customer something he or she was proud of having put together. I had the falafel wrap. The falafel was extremely mushy(I prefer them firm on the outside because I have all-to-most of my teeth and like to use them) and had a few sad, floppy strands of lettuce, an economical dollop of sauce, and the minimal amount of feta that’s allowed by law before it would be considered false adverting to list it on the menu. It was expensive, too! My dog would, if she could speak, say I was being harsh and give the wrap a 5-star rating after I gave her a piece of the wrap to eat and for getting to lick the bowl clean that the fish came in. She rates everything 5-stars, though. Even our cat’s poop. Additional info: The owner reached to say they’d try harder, so I bumped the review up a star to reflect their efforts to improve their food.

When I read the menu and saw the long line I thought, «this place must be good!» I ordered the Kamikaze Wrap and when I got my food, I was a little disappointed to see how small the portion was for $ 9. It filled me up, but if I’m paying that much, I’d expect it to at least come with a drink. Any who, I expected my first bite to be filled with a burst of flavor, you know, to make up for the size(?), but atlas I was disappointed once again. The flavors were okay, nothing that really made me jump out of my seat and say wow.

A delicious Food truck find(at Caesar Chavez Park Summer Concert Series). I had the spicy chicken wrap(although it could have been spicier) it was fresh & tasty. My wife had the blackened fish wrap which she said was very flavorful and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient(they accept credit cards). The wait for food was not bad considering the size of the crowd. They have many vegetarian options including falafel. I look forward to sampling some of their other menu items the next time I see them.

Beware Unilocalers! The menu and reviews people have posted here are so different from what they have right now. Maybe the menu changed recently. They don’t have any gyros on the menu, for example. I wanted to try the Espana wrap which is based on the Spanish lamb sausage Merguez, but they sold out that one. So I got the twisted chicken wrap instead which had some sort of spicy chicken, lettuce, red peppers, mint jalapeño chutney and cucumber raita. For 8 $, it was a small wrap and didn’t come with any sides. Taste wise, it was ok, but nothing great. The quality of the chicken is poor with a lot of fat. I was hungry even after finishing the wrap. Many people who were standing in the line were angry because they sold out on almost half of the menu within the first 20 mins or so. Even though it is a food truck and the food quality is low, their prices are on the high side with everything above 8 $. Will never try them again unless they change the menu back to gyros and such!

The Blackened Rock Cod was flavorful and delicious! It was wrapped perfectly in the foil avoiding a mess. However, the problem with the food I ordered was that the fish was slightly undercooked. Revisit? Hmm… we’ll see.
