George Sim Park

I been coming to this park since I was born. Now that I’m grown I have children of my own that cones here. My child got robbed there by gun point & I seen a staff showing everybody (kids, teens, etc.) the video of my child getting robbed. & when I asked to see the video he stated «we’re not allowed to show you» oh but you show all these kids? I don’t like the staff at all, very rude & unprofessional & young minded

Summer time=pool time. $ 2 per child and $ 4 per adult 1−5pm Tues-​Sunday but closed on Monday.
This park has improved much from being bare without anything but the swimming pool and wading area.
The park is clean and very spacious. Perfect for a family gathering or meeting of with friends for a game of baseball/​softball (with bleachers) volleyball, soccer, and swimming.
There are a couple of playgrounds that’s simple with no bells or whistle.
Lots of benches and tables with a BBQ grill. The community center is beautiful and located on the permise. The event center hung a sign in the front that stated there is «vocational training» in the building but I’m unsure if this service will continue after the summertime.
