This has become my favorite spots for pizza. They are the best pizza in Sacramento. Especially the dough and the sauce is tastes so good. The smell of the fresh pizza make me hungry I love it. The owner and the staff are very friendly and courteous. You also need to try their lunch specials it very cheap compared to other pizza places.

called to make an order @9:45pm, dude told us it would be ready in 15 min, got there at 10:07 and he just started to prep the pizza. I was sooooo pissed, I told him we called 20 min ago and the guy said, well it will be 25 min if you don’t want to wait I can have it for lunch tomorrow, your call. then turns around and starts talking to his mate, I could have ordered 10 pizzas and just left him there til after closing but luckily I didn’t, because I’m sure those pizzas were probably going to be for tomorrow’s customers. I could have Kung fu –refugee this dude for his bad customer service … I just knocked his little pizza sign down before walking out but I really would have prefer to choke the living lights outta him. Never going back here again …

I love the hot and spicy pizza. the bread sticks are also good. everything else is cheaply made prob store bought. if u want more then pizza then Pizza Hut across the street would be ur bet but I like there pizza better then pizza huts but that’s it. I give 4 stars cause there a pizza place and there pizza is good. not the best, but good

Some of you might question going here considering theres a pizza hut right across the street and a little ceasers around the corner, but let me tell you how wrong you are. This man is incredible with his pizza. ALWAYS fresh ingredients. I can to pizza hut and get a pizza for the same price but itll be greasy and wet and just had no care put into it. Everytime i go to this man he gives me an amazing pizza and a free soda. He appreciates his business and values each one of his customers.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a supreme pizza with no olives, and order of wings and an order of chicken tenders. The pizzas were alright, I don’t have complaints but I don’t have any compliments either. The tenders were medium size chicken nuggets. When I order tenders I expect actual chicken, not the stuff that is potentially pink sludge. They charged me extra for the sauces when I wanted some for my wings and tenders. The wings were sub par, the texture was like they took preseasoned, frozen wings and put them in the oven, I wish I went to pizza hut across the street that night, but then again that’s why it’s called trying new things.

Just got done eating the pizza ordered family special #4 which was two medium pizza two, 2 toppings each breadsticks and a two litter. Delivery was rather fast about 45 minutes, not bad since it is super bowl Sunday. It was hot and fresh good pizza. The people working were nice and will repeat. This giant pizza is not the same as the one on Broadway the way they cook there pizza is different not bad just different. Cheesecake is pretty good too!

COMPLETELY changed my mind about this place! Ok so I’ve been a longtime fan of Giant Pizza on Florin Rd, even having written a past review. But lately the place has gone down hill. I know the economy is rough but please people, you don’t have to skimp on hospitality and customer service! The $ 20 deal was great, but now everyone is doing $ 10 pizza’s, so that isn’t so special anymore. The past few times that we’ve ordered they have COMPLETELY screwed up our orders. One time having to redeliver 3 times!!! When you call to let them know that there is a problem with the order they are SO rude! They make you feel guilty that THEY screwed up! Most pizza places let you keep the incorrect pizza due to the inconvenience but Giant Pizza does not! In fact, they offer NOTHING in compensation, and try to convince you to keep the wrong pizza for a $ 3 discount. $ 3 off to keep something I don’t want? I don’t think so. This isn’t on one occasion, it has been on several occasions now, 3 to 4 times at least. It’s gotten to the point where we’ve gone from ordering from them several times a month, to NEVER. The free 2 liter isn’t worth it when there is a dollar store up the street. The man who owns the place is just so rude! He gets so upset when there is a problem. I got tired of feeling like I did something wrong for wanting to eat what I ordered. Unless you’re getting a plain cheese pizza with regular sauce I wouldn’t suggest ordering from here. At least Pizza Hut lets you keep the wrong pizza, they don’t get upset at you when THEY screw up and they APOLOGIZE, they are right across the street, go to them instead! Until Giant Pizza can be a little more humble and at least give an apology when they mess up, then I will NOT be going back!
