Hanger Clinic

This is my wife’s story. The Hanger Clinic at this location is the only clinic you can get breast prosthesis, and it is about an hour drive from our home. After waiting two weeks for her appointment and driving to the clinic she waited 1.5 hours to be seen because of a mix up on her prescription, only to be told they did not have her size prosthesis and would have to come back when the prosthesis came in. Why didn’t they ask her what size she needed when they made the appointment two weeks ago, instead of wasting everyone time and money!
We should have known better. The last time we used Hanger for a sprained wrist they gave her a wrist brace that was to large and uncomfortable and they charged the insurance company $ 75.00, she found one that fit properly at Walgreen’s for only $ 12.00.

Came here with my mom to get her physical therapy equipment. This place provides orthotic devices to patients after surgical procedures. The receptionist, Rita, was helpful and pleasant. The wait time was minimal, mainly due to waiting for clearance from the insurance company.
