My home was listed for 2+ years & they did not help me sell it nor did they try my suggestions to assist the sell. Instead they bought it from the bank after I walked away and viola! it sold soon afterward. There commission is overpriced & they will not work with other agents. They insist on representing buyer & seller, so if your buyer has an agent — No Deal! They specialize in flipping. They purchase abandoned/​foreclosed mobiles, remodel & sell, way more profit than helping you sell. Besides, with a mobile it’s very simple to sell yourself. You don’t need them, they’re not going to help you anyway.

Now that I have sold my home myself instead of using them I can tell the truth. They stink. They make you sign a 6 mos. contract and threaten you if you try to do anything yourself to sell your place. And they DO NOTHING to sell it for you except waste your time. They are the lowest of the low in Real Estate Agents. Do not use them.
