I have hard and stiff shoulders from working out and gym and every now and then I go to this place because a very good friend recommended me to come here. I want to give a to Shirley, who gave me an excellent deep tissue massage because I’ve been to many places before and none of them can really break down my knots like Shirley can. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends

I am so disappointed. I have been taking my Aunt here for about a year and she has been more than happy with the services. This is the only place that truly presses hard enough to get all her knots out and for the price it’s a great deal. However when she walked in today for her appointment at 4:15. She was received a call from them literally as she was about to walk in the store to say that they made a mistake and didn’t have time for her appointment. She told them I’m already here I’ll talk to you in person. We were greeted by Shirley the woman she normally goes to for her massage who profusely apologized and explained that she could make time for her but to come back in an hour. Then before we could reply we were interrupted by another employee by the name of Kim who kept on repeating herself saying that they didn’t make a mistake and it wasn’t their fault but to just come back. Both Kim and Shirley walked to the back rooms while Aubrey explained that there was an error and apologized to us as well and stated we could come back in an hour and someone will be available then but that there were not an open rooms available. We were upset as my Aunt has various medical conditions and her weekly massage helps alleviate her stress levels which in turn alleviates the stress being put on her heart. Then we were informed by Kim that we could come back in 15 minutes and that someone would be available, however that did not make sense since we were just told all the rooms were taken and that none of the massage therapists were available so of course we were confused and asked for further clarification. Instead of Shirley talking to us directly Kim was being the middle man and I asked to speak to Shirley directly to make sure this information was correct. Shirley came out and apologized and said no come back in an hour and I will help you then. I then asked for the contact number for the manager from Kim since Shirley had to leave to go back to attend to her client. Kim very rudely and aggressively handed me one of the fliers saying here call Vicky when I asked for Kim to state her name so I could tell Vicky everything that happened and include everyone’s names she then became hostile and told me that she did not have time for this drama. I sternly told her that she was acting extremely unprofessional and that this is not how you speak to customers and it was not proper customer service. She then became more hostile and went to the back room again this time screaming in another language. Which made the entire atmosphere awkward and uneasy. I don’t even want to know how the other customers who were getting the massage felt listening to all of this transpire. We came there with the intention of becoming relaxed and this entire situation was far from it. I tried to call the number listed on the flier only to have Kim answer and tell me no drama and hang up. The only way I found her name was by looking at the wall of the certificates of the massage therapists that included photos of them. It wasn’t until later when Aubrey came out and apologized and asked if we would like to leave our number for Vicky and to tell us when she would be back in the office. We thanked Aubrey for all her help and told her that Shirley and her were excellent and appreciated their help and their capability to understand the situation but I did also inform Aubrey that we would be mentioning how Kim reacted. Then of course Kim interrupted us again to say really, wow so much drama. I then told Aubrey again that we appreciated her time and that she had a client to go back to and we didn’t want to make her waste her time anymore than it had been. We walked out still hearing Kim state how we were so much drama and hear her yell about how we were awful. The entire situation was made so much worse by Kim. She made it so unprofessional and she does not know how to properly talk to customers or deal with sensitive situations. If you had asked me a week ago if I would recommend this place I would have had nothing but great reviews. But after today, I doubt we’ll be going back or recommend this establishment to any of our relatives or friends.

–greeted by a yapping Pomeranian –loud radio/tv playing through the wall –the massager took 4 phone calls during the massage. FOUR. Full volume, interrupting my massage and staying in my room -«massage therapist» did not seem to have any legitimate training or certification –rooms have PEEP holes looking into them!!!

I was having a super stressful day and decided to go on Unilocal for a place to get a massage. This place is super close to my residence. If you live near Calvine and Bradshaw, then it is super close. I saw the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I went in and the place was smaller than I thought. The front desk girl was really nice. I didn’t know she would be my massage therapist as well. Overall the massage was good. I was very relaxed afterwards. I will be coming back. The reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because when I first called, I asked if they take American Express cards. She said yes and when I checked out, it didn’t go through. So I had to use a card that I didn’t want to use in the first place. Another reason is because while in my massage, the front door alarm kept going off. It was a bit distracting. Overall, I left happy. I was relaxed and will go back again.

I agree with some of the reviewers. It is difficult to find someone that speaks English to massage you. Aubrey is very talkative. It is funny that she is white, works with a lot of Asians, and she has lived in two of the very few places in the U.S. that you will not find white people… South LA and HI. It gives her a different perspective. She is also very good masseuse who does couples, old, young, and probably prenatal as well. She is on in the afternoon. I haven’t tried the others but I will soon. I wish it was closer to where I live.

I went in for an hour prenatal massage. The therapist was very nice and professional. I told her I was having hip pain and she addressed my initial concern very well. I’ve had a few massages since I’ve been pregnanat and I can definitely say this was one of the best. I would recommend this place to anyone for any type of massage.

Honestly I hate going to massage places that doesn’t speak English. When I tell them not to press so hard they don’t understand. Overall they work on the whole body for $ 35 for an hour. But the massage methods are not unique.

I had a massage there yesterday. I was impressed with the atmosphere and my massage. Whenever I get a massage, the hour goes by very quickly. However, they have some specials going on right now since they just open less than one month ago. I will go back before the specials end since money is tight. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and nice place to unwind. I hope they continue with their way of business and grow as time progresses. Thank you.
