Imagine Chocolate

Interesting concept. Pieces of fudge named after «classic rock’ songs.
My friend sent me a box of chocolates and I was pleasantly surprised by the quirky and original pieces of fudge. I am not sure how many types of boxes they offer, but mine was called «Classic Rock Classics’. My box featured the following flavors:
Sweet Home Alabama (Vanilla Maple fudge with pecans and bacon, maple syrup dipped in white chocolate– topped with bacon and maple glaze)
Bohemian Rhapsody (Vanilla fudge with walnut and Oreo cookies and cream, dipped in white chocolate and topped with Oreo crumbles)
Satisfaction (milk chocolate with walnuts and dipped in dark chocolate topped with walnuts and drizzled in Milk chocolate)
American Pie (chocolate with peanut butter, peanuts and a layer of peanut butter granola crunch layer. Dipped in Milk chocolate with topped with peanut butter and strawberry jelly drizzle and a peanut butter granola crunch)
When you open the box, you get a bit of a music history lesson. You learn about the songs that the fudge is named after.
The american pie is my favorite– it gave me the flavor of PB and J without being overly sweet and too rich. The pieces are bite size– great for over indulging! They ship all over and provide a ‘flavor map’ which i thought was a nice touch. Over all, great gift great concept, and I will be using them for future purchases!
My only criticism is that they don’t put the ingredients in with the flavor map. That would be helpful. They are listed on the bottom of the box, but it took me a minute to figure that out.

One of my friends who lives up in Northern CA recently emailed me to tell me about some great gourmet chocolate fudge he tried from a company in Sacramento, and he thought I would really like them. He let me know they recently started a page on Facebook and if I liked their page, I could sign up for a free mini 4-​piece sampler box of their chocolate fudge.
So, I signed up on their FB page and awaited my free mini box. I received a Holiday Classics mini box in the mail and thought the concept of the names of the flavors was so unique. Each piece of fudge was named after a famous song. The sampler box was great and the little bites left me wanting more, so I went on to their website
and ordered a 16pc box of their Classic Rock Classics.
When I received my box of Classic Rock Classics Gourmet Fudge, all I can is WOW. I can’t really compare this to other chocolate companies, because this is gourmet fudge. Each piece was so sinfully rich and delicious. They just melt in your mouth. This assortment was made of up four flavors with four pieces of each flavor contained in the box. They were beautifully arranged. All four flavors were delicious. Being the bacon fiend that I am, I just loved the combo of the maple and bacon on this one. BF loves this one and asked if he could eat all the rest :) Next flavor in the box I tried was Satisfaction.
This was made up of traditional milk chocolate fudge loaded with walnuts and then dipped in semi-​dark chocolate and topped with chopped walnuts. I loved the semi dark chocolate on top of the milk chocolate but I am not a big walnut fan. The last flavor in the box was Bohemian Rhapsody.
This piece was made up of creamy vanilla fudge whipped to perfection and loaded with walnuts and Oreo® cookies and cream then dipped in white chocolate and topped with Oreo® cookie crumbles. Tasty but a tad bit on the sweet side for me. With that being said, the whole box was delicious, but I would have to say Sweet Home Alabama and American Pie were my absolute favorites.
The company shipped out my order very fast. The assortment boxes of gourmet fudge make great gifts, beautifully presented in the box, and the creative names make for a unique fun twist for gifts. So grateful that my friend thought of me when he tried these delectable gourmet fudge chocolates. Another great CA company that I will be ordering from again in the future.
