David did a great job with our home inspection. He was very knowledgable and, just as important, an excellent communicator. After conducting the inspection, he was kind enough to walk us through the house to point out and discuss everything he’d found. Then a couple of days afterward, we received his report which was very thorough, well illustrated with photos and well organized into an easy-​to-​follow format.
We’re very happy with having chosen InsideOut for this crucial step in the home buying process. Highly recommend.

David is knowledgeable, easy-​going and a pleasure to work with! Walking through (and on top of) the home, he noticed details that totally would’ve escaped me.
Armed with his trusty IR camera, he could precisely and scientifically measure the efficiency of the HVAC, the windows, and overall insulation of the home. Honest and sincerely concerned about the safety and quality of the home, David has earned my trust.
I would absolutely recommend him for either a buyer or seller Home Inspection!

The company was great! My daughter just bought her first home and had to order the inspection. David, the owner, set up the appointment, arrived and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. From walking the roof to inspecting the furnace, he did a thorough job. I was there for the entire inspection and went through the process with him. My daughter actually got some of the electrical in the house modified as a result of the inspection. David delivered the report the next day and it gave my daughter a feeling of relief in the process. InsideOut Inspection from a price/​quality/​easy to do business with perspective was great
