This place is a zero. Their business practices and customer service are atrocious. The indoor field is the only nice thing they have to offer. The ladies in the office are rude and have no customer service skills, perhaps they are former DMV workers. Fortunately, there are many other great indoor soccer leagues to join that have ethical business practices and customer service. My advice spend your money elsewhere.

At first I was a little hesitant about the place as its in an alley where you would think you could get mugged. However, I decided to give it a try. The facility is awesome but that is about all they have going for themselves. They have two sets of fields that are different sizes and have different rules, and just like Jennifer mentioned in her review from 2013 some refs are good and others are not.
The next problem lies with the staff. There is one lady who is rude, disrespectful, and bully. The one lady reminds you of the teacher who you had in middle school who would pick on you and would be mean because she had the power. However, when you are in the business of wanting repeat customers; this is not a good business practice.
Some advice to anyone who is interested/​considering playing here; look at the reviews and question why there are only a handful of them and furthermore why the majority of them are bad.

It’s been a long time since I have been here but it’s nice to be back and still see all the same faces:)!

We had a really bad experience here. The staff is not concerned about the well being of the kids. Some Refs are SUPER great and others are not. The experience we had lasted over 3 sessions, most of the experience was okay but the teams and coaches do not have ANY accountability. We did complain and were told the issues would be addressed and after the manager dismissed us and rolled his eyes we promptly quit. I hope our departure will spark some change as I know that the «idea» of indoor soccer is great there just needs to be more accountability. This is just my experience but I will NOT be coming back and my daughter has definately learned what NOT to do on the field!!!

Great field. Nice turf. Good competition. Great crew running the place. Maybe just a few too many holiday breaks though.
