Never again!
They totally messed up on my order
Tried to call them bald and all circuits were busy
So I waited until the morning and spoke to a shift leader about my problem …
She adviced me to come in when I could to replace it.
Told her it wasn’t going to be until 10:00pm and she was fine with it…
I just got here and they don’t know what I’m talking about.
I have receipt for my food any everything… So irritating because I live No where near this hack in the box !!
Never go here again the customer service here sucks !!! Very very disappointed

So these mothers always mess up on something my taco lettuce is dry as fuck it’s sauce on the bag is dry yet they still hand em out why would u like to eat dry ass tacos that have been sitting there for hella long?

I usually go in when ordering at fast food restaurants because the drive thru means you aren’t going to get your order correctly. But today I chose the drive thru because there were a few homeless people setting up camp at the entrance.
I ordered 2 sourdough jack meals and a jumbo jack without cheese. They gave me the jumbo jack, 1 sourdough jack and a double bacon cheese burger. I had to then park my car and go in and ask for the correct item.

I took Jack up on the free cheeseburger offer today. It was good. Better than any McDonald’s burger could ever hope to be. But, nothing much compared to In-​N-​Out. Hey why am I bitching? It was free! Thanks Jack!

Just placed my order and the cashier asked me if I got the receipt ummmm… Just placed it with you. How am I going to have the receipt. The bathrooms are horrible filthy.

Went here again. Paid for extra lettuce and this is what I got. I hate how this seems to be a regular thing for them. Customer asks for extra something, customer PAYS the extra charge, customer is disappointed yet again

This is the go to place on a drunk night. The workers here are alwsys friendly and the service is fast hence the word fast food. We came here after church one day i was surprised at how filled up the place was. I would think people would just order to go. It was our first time dining in too we usually just go thru the drive thru. The place was clean and spruced up unlike other jack in the box maybe im out the loop since i havent dine in at a JIB in decades. Food here is always piping hot when it comes out and its fresh. They dont make it til you order it thats what i like about this fast food place.

The worst jack-​in-​the-​box I have ever gone too. I USUALLY ALWAYS love the tacos but damn this one is so yuck! Poor customer service and bathroom knobs are all broken! I was not happy about the service, the lady was rude when I said I didn’t want an order anymore. Overall, don’t come to this jack In the box.

It’s fast food, but please don’t complain allot making your ten dollars an hour of I’m coming in from being hungover or still drink at 3am. Good location, and that’s about it. The staff is bipolar, they take long. I’ll still keep coming though, because at least they’re not ignoring the river when I approach. That’s major points especially for the Times I come in.

Yuck! I don’t understand how they are in business. the «food» is terrible. worse then McDonalds. and that’s BAD… The burgers taste like rubber and everyone seems to like their tacos. NOT ME (if you are someone who LIKES their food, then ignore this review, there is no problem with this location)
