Jason (owner I think) did a proof of service for us and it went exactly as he said it would. If Jason had been a little more prompt in returning email so as to keep us up to speed on our request, which was a little out of the ordinary in that we had Jason file the proof of service with the court, then it would have made us a little more comfortable. It was a new process for us, one we didn’t understand thoroughly and one where we were getting close to the deadline for providing these proofs of service. Jason did everything he said he would do, it just happened a little later than we expected and as a result of not hearing from Jason for a couple days it caused some unnecessary (in my opinion) anxiety on our end. It all went through just as Jason said it would though and we did find him to be professional and courteous.
