Jiffy Lube

They were nice, but I am not about to pay $ 400 to get my water pump replaced. Making a call to my good old mechanic family members! :)

I am a long-​time customer of Jiffy Lube and I will never visit this location again.
I came in for a top-​off on 12÷10÷15 and left after I got the all clear from the technicians. Come to find out when I checked my tire pressure two days later I notice 3 out of 4 of my original, metal tire pressure caps are no longer on my car. The last one, pops off without me having to turn it a full circle. I called the location on 12÷12÷15 and left a message for the manager that I would like to speak with him about this. At least offer to replace my caps that your technicians did not put on correctly. Or even just follow-​up with my concerns.
I’m disappointed in the customer service and follow-​up at this location. It’s 12÷21÷15 and still no call-​back.

They were very rude! It was a rainy day and after they replace my oil and checked my windshield wipers they forgot to put them back on so when I went to drive off and use my wipers they scraped on my windshield. I went back and told them and they were very rude to me saying they were there on my hood like it was my fault that they didn’t put them back on. Very rude indeed

This place is amazing. I came in last Saturday and didn’t have enough time, so I came back the next week. Dave totally remembered me and thanked me for coming back in while apologizing for the wait. I was told that the battery I bought at autozone 4 months ago was at 49% already. Dave right way, before I had time to flip out, called his autozone rep and told him to exchange my battery. They brought in a new battery and Installed it for me with no charge. They went above and beyond what they needed to do especially when I was just coming in for an oil change. Akash was also very nice and honest with me– I learned a very stupid fact about Carmax’s warranty that I wish I never bough! I’ll come back here every 5,000 miles!

Today I came in to have my battery checked. I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. I was shocked that my new car needed a new battery so soon. Dave was not only extremely helpful but explained the diagnostic on the battery and what type of battery I would need to replace the existing one. He also explained why even on a new car how I would need a new battery. The folks at Maita Toyota never went to that extent. I know he definitely went beyond true customer service. The pricing was beyond fair and he was super quick. I know where I’m taking my car for service in the future! Thank you for your awesomeness!

Excellent service!!! We are welcomed to coffee and tea in the lobby, and they were quick to change the oil. Akash was helpful and didn’t try to upset lol anything unnecessary. Walked us out to the car, showed us the (now) clean oil, and wished us off to a good day. Excellent experience.

This group of guys are top notch!
I can not say enough about Dave, Roman and the rest of this crew! These guys are always righteous to me and have maintained an intimate relationship with my 2007 Mustang for several years. Not only does this location change the oil it is a full service mechanic shop!
Most recently I have had front end suspension work done which led to the discovery of dangerously bald, metal wear on the inside tread of my front tires. Dave quickly arranged for a local tire shop to sell and mount a set for me. He insisted we proceed with this option as it would not be safe for me drive on them. This group is led by an outstanding manager and I have definitely been blessed to have them in the family. This group will welcome you as they did me and will take excellent care of your vehicles. It is hard to find mechanics that are not crooks!

I was absolutely thrilled by the service I received. Everyone here was so helpful and understanding. I came in being told earlier that my engine was shot; But they took the time to use all the resources they had to make sure I left with a running car. I have no car experience or knowledge what so ever! However; They were all extremely communicative about the process and the work that needed to be done without me feeling taken advantage or over charged. It was extremely hot and they made sure I had a cool drink and felt comfortable and calm while I waited for the diagnosis. They with out a doubt went the extra mile for me and now I recommend this location for anyone’s car needs. They have definitely made s customer for life and feel extremely grateful for their kindness, patience and willingness to work with me so I could continue drying my car. Ask for «Dave», and tell him «Rose» recommended you! He and is his crew are incredibly helpful!

Quick awesome service. Excellent customer service and thorough job and they didn’t try to sale me a million other services. In and out in 25 mins and they also vacuumed my car. I paid $ 26 for standard oil change. I would recommend this place for sure.

Since moving to the Tahoe Park community near Sac State I’ve been looking for a new Jiffy Lube near me to call home (I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer since 2008). So today I decided to try this Jiffy since midtown and the other Jiff on Florin were packed. I’m so thankful I decided to come here! Dave (the manager) blew me out the water with his knowledge and care for my vehicle! Jason as well provided great customer service. Out of all Jiffy Lubes I’ve had service my car since 2008… this location is HANDS DOWN THE BEST JIFFY LUBE IN SAC! Ask for Dave & Jason these guys love their jobs and care for their customers… it shows! Tell em Josh sent you!

This place rocks! Every time I come here the service is great and it doesn’t take long. I appreciate that they don’t try to sell me something — I just come in and get what I need. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and doesn’t smell like most mechanics waiting rooms — you know, that oil and tires mixed with funk smell. Enjoy!

The shop provides excellent customer service. Dave always goes above and beyond expectations. Service is fast and their process is efficient. I recommend this location over all competitors. Complimentary water for customers waiting.

I had a terrible experience at another area Jiffy Lube recently and ended up here following some bad work. Dave and his team were fantastic. They made all of the repairs necessary to correct the damages to our breaks caused by our earlier service at no cost to us. They were honest and transparent about why the work needed to be done and made us feel totally safe and reassured about the condition of our car. I’ll go out of my way to come back to this location in the future.

By far the best car service I have ever had. Highly recommended, they also have online coupons don’t forget to check your phone. The techs are awesome, they explain everything on your bill and try to save you as much as possible.
This is the first time I have walked out of a car service and not felt cheated. :)

On a busy Saturday morning I decided to check out Jiffy Lube since my regular person was busy. I’m so glad I stopped in and had such a professional experience with fast and friendly service.
I drove up and they immediately pointed me to one of three lanes. I was told that there were two customers ahead of me but there was coffee and water waiting for me inside. I was told that someone would speak to me in 10 minutes. In 10 minutes Jason retuned and reported they had topped off my fluids and recommended certain services. I turn them down for the service besides the oil change (but later checked the going rate and they were on point). He was fine with me turning down the service with no hard sell tactics. And, a few minutes later they returned my car with the windows wiped and the floors vacuumed. I was not expecting that. Wow! My regular guy doesn’t do that. Jason was a constant professional and because of his work they now have a new regular customer.
The only negative. Is they couldn’t honor the Unilocal check in coupon. And, next time I will tell them not to remove the air filter during their check. Other than that it was great and fast service.

Such great service! Came here a month ago for an oil change and brakes change. Something cracked and came back to get it fixed. The manager gave me a whole break down of what happened and what they will do, giving me multiple options making sure that I am aware of what can happen and what I should do.

Great customer service, but found out they overcharged me. Taking my business elsewhere.

I’ll make this short:
I just moved to the area and Unilocaled a close oil change station. I went in and was WOWED. Lee was knowledgable and very friendly. They took care of my car and gave me a timeline for what other services would need to be done for my specific model, and at what time. The best part: they washed my windows and vacuumed my car. And it was all in about 20 – 30 minutes! Thanks guys!

Not all chains are the same, which is why I have decided to write a review for this particular Jiffy Lube. Considering the location, you wouldn’t think it would be so nice. Not that they are not all pretty good, this one in particular stands out.
I went in on a Monday morning, no appointment. I handed my keys over, checked in, and was immediately offered cold water or coffee. There’s a a television, and free wifi. I was in and out maybe 45 minutes. Believe it or not, a woman walked in and looked upset after she was told…20! She then continued to ask how long everyone else had. blah! Maybe she was having a «day».
The guy at the front desk was super nice, explained quite in detail about what they had done and found, and sent me on my way. Check in, and you get 10% off your bill.
