Johnnie’s 24 Hour Towing

It was expensive, but the tow that Johnnie’s provided was very professional. They came as quickly as promised.

Johnnie’s Towing is not business friendly! The owner requires their clients to perform measures in excess CVC 22 658 (A) that can severely hinder daily business operations if you are dependent on customer traffic. Specifically, they require contracting businesses to post signs on the property (in excess of the amount required by law) as well as 72 hour notices on vehicles prior to towing. If you have reserved parking spaces for your business that need to be enforced on a daily basis, Johnny’s will not service you. If you are a business owner in Sacramento and need professional service, I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

Last month I was stranded on the freeway with a flat tire and dead battery. It was 12:30 at night and I was alone. I found out my insurance did not include roadside assistance, but the carrier gave me the phone numbers of a few towing companies, including Johnnie’s. The person who answered said it would take at least an hour to get to me and it would cost $ 225 for the 5-​mile tow to my house. I said it sounded high and asked if that was the going rate. He hesitated, then answered that «every company has its own rate.» I called another company (Tressers) who provided the same service for $ 60, and arrived in 30 minutes.

I HIGHLY recommend Johnnie’s Body Shop to anyone looking for quality customer service! This was my first time getting work done on my car and it was virtually painless and hassle free for me (except the deductible LOL) They had a loaner car available for me while I waited for my car to get fixed for which I am grateful since my insurance didn’t cover it. My experience with this body shop has given me hope for businesses that value their customers :)
Monica was the adjuster working with me and she made us feel like we were high priority, always answered our questions and concerns. She always touched base with us every time my Expedition needed more time to be worked on and overall the results were surefire satisfying. Although the driver door needs to be adjusted and my tank nubs replaced, i know i can count on them to get it fixed … even though it’s been a few weeks since I got it back! Monica is a great rep who knows her stuff and gets the job done beyond expectation.
They promise quality service in all aspects of their business and they deliver with an A+ Rating in my book :) With superb customer service and timely workmanship, I highly recommend Johnnie’s Body Shop to anyone looking for the best service in the Sacramento Area.

I had one of the best experiences with car repairs I’ve ever had at Johnnie’s. They did body work on my car after an accident. They were professional, efficient and thorough. Here’s another reason to have your work done here. They have a fleet of cars which they loan out to their customers free. So if your insurance doesn’t cover a rental car while yours is being repaired, Johnnie has you covered. My work included a headlight in the front and a few months after the work was done my headlight went out so I went back to Johnnie’s. They agreed to replace it without question and during the process of doing it, they discovered that it was the other headlight that they had replaced and not the one being replaced. They STILL replaced it at no charge! I was embarassed when we found out the mistake but they were incredibally gracious about the whole thing. They were already tops in my book before the headlight incident. I hope I never need their services again but I recomend them without reservation. Everyone there from the office to the garage were superb.

I had a problem resolving a DMV paperwork snafu and Johnnie’s Tow went out of their way to help me out.
They always returned my calls and thanks to their efforts my DMV snafu was quickly resolved.
