KFC

About every three months, I get a craving… Now that I’ve been in the drive through for over twenty minutes (trapped!), I remember why I don’t come here very often. WTF KFC? Are you GROWING the chickens?

My boyfriend ordered at drive thru. Workers resisted to take his order because he is deaf. Then they messed up his order. My boyfriend showed the list of his order to the security. Even the security told workers that they got the order wrong. American with disabilities ACT requires the accessibility for Deaf people. Horrible services! Shame on management!

I mean for a DPH KFC these guys are not bad. The store is relatively cleaner then it used to be, the staff is friendly considering their location and they have decent food for a cheap price. I come here when I need a quick fill up.

This KFC is located in Old North Sacramento. It is our neighborhood KFC/A&W. We were having a lunch for 30 people, so two days before party we went KFC and spoke with Gama the manager. We told her what kind of chicken meal we wanted; She gave us a good price, put the meals in individual boxes, which was easier for us to serve, and when we picked up the food it was hot, fresh and ready at the specified time. She and a staff member even carried the food out to the car for us. It cannot get any better than that! We had great customer service. High 5’s to Gama and her staff.

If there was a half a star I will give it to them there is nothing particular about the chicken it is you everage good old KFC but the place it’s absolutely disgusting everything is filthy from the door handles all the way to the soda machine tables chairs floors windows this place needs a lot of attention there’s even spaiders webs on the signs. Bad, bad, bad!

I have noticed the size of the chicken is getting smaller each time I visit, I usually order the original recipe. It doesn’t taste the same. The drumsticks are like ordering wings! Small chicken but higher prices!

More than half the time I go to kfc they are out of grilled wings. It does not matter which kfc, they are often out of grilled wings. Maybe the new reincarnated Colonel Sanders can fix this, that is if they dont spend all their money on advertising.

I’m under the impression that no KFC can be trusted merely because it seems to be an empire ruled by teenagers. It’s chicken at its most careless. It’s so bad they tried to ram a A&W into the same building hoping our natural instinct for Fried Foods takes over. The mashed potatoes are alright, though. We both know that.

Unlike the KFC in east Sacramento, this one had a drive-​through! I wasn’t expecting much, I ordered a combo meal that I had a coupon for. Much to my surprise, the service was friendly and fast, unlike a typical KFC experience. I was out of there in literally less than a minute. Staff was very competent. No coupon issues at all. That’s enough to warrant a four star KFC experience?! I guess so.

We come here sometimes it’s the closest KFC to us. We always go through the same problem. So we knew what to expect. They never seen busy here so IM guessing that’s why they always have a 10 to 15 min wait.
Order little chicken sandwhich it was ok small pretty dried
Got a 20 peice honey barbequed chicken wings with a box of potatoes wedges. Said it was a 9 min wait so we pull over to the side. Waited for Bout 15mins. Got our food as we got down the street guess what. They didn’t even give me what I paid for. Really 22.00 for regular fried chicken. And the wedges already looked soft no crunch at all.
Of course IM mad lol I just got off work long day and I didn’t want to be Trippin over food. Ugggh
Made that phone call to them told them I was just there and they got u order wrong and I have the receipt she put me on hold of course. The. Apologized offer me the same free meal next time I come in and took my info.
So I settled next time I’ll make sure to check the food before I leave. So well see how well the compensate for next time

A year later, and I am still waiting for resolution. It took over a year! for someone who represents KFC (Yum Brands) to respond, and they are from a Risk Management agencies. I have jumped through a few hoops for this person (providing them with various forms from my dentist showing the cost and damage done by KFC) and I am still waiting for resolution. TICK TOCK TICK TOCK, of course KFC is permanently off the menu, but it would be nice to get the money back this place cost me in dental work.

If you drag a wet rag through the streets of Natomas and every putrid Dumpster in town, what you’ll get is this filthy, smelly, greasy shoebox. By the way, they sell chicken.
