I’ve ate their burgers several times & I always get the philly with sweet potato tots but today when I went to the sactomofo & they were limited on their burgers they only had two different kind of burgers Original or Cow Bell so I order the cow bell with sweet potato tots. I was expecting it to be good but I was disappointed I did not like their cow bell burger at all but the tots were good. If their philly burgers was to ever runs out again i’ll order the tots only or nothing at all.

YUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYY These Sweet Potato tots… are delicious, and that sauce that you dip it in, what the f**k were they thinking? I need to put that shit in an IV, but that’s pointless because then I wouldn’t be able to taste it. I need a vat of that shit, and I would bathe in it, so when I am feeling it I can lick my arm. Its an «Ancho Honey Dipping Sauce» I think it should be renamed to «Slap yo damn mama and make her lose a toof’ dipping sauce» The burgers, this isn’t your average burger joint, you aren’t getting some ½lb patty, They’re smaller burgers, but you know how great things come in small packages? You know, like diamonds, and jewelry… how they come in small packages, but they’re the best… SAMETHING. Only these aren’t like super small like«White Castle’ or anything don’t be confused, they’re a happy medium between a regular burger and white castle. I always get the cowbell, with bacon, crispy onions(like onion rings) SMOKEDGOUDA + BBQ sauce I mean there’s bacon on it. and smoked gouda? Goud-outta here! and hello BBQ sauce! Everything is wonderful with BBQ sauce. Aannnnnddd like a dumb ass I forgot to take a picture, why? you ask, because of my animalistic tendencies, meaning, I am a P I G! I ate the damn thing and I swear it didn’t even touch my teeth. I called myself not that hungry. I ordered a burger combo(they come with two burgers) for my co-worker, but me since I graze all day, eating two, is just two much(see what I did there?) I just wanted a burger and then my own tots, so I ordered an extra burger and tots with my co-worker’s meal. Next time I go, I will actually take pics. I will curb my «inner pig» for at least 60 secs and snap a few pics :)

This review is for the Krush Burger food truck that makes a regular appearance around the greater Sacramento region. I was a skeptic and late comer to the gourmet food truck scene, and I have to say that Krush Burger was my first love. Their hip decorated trucks are found at most big events and even parked in downtown on Fridays for lunch serving gourmet burgers and sides. It has been tough on all restaurants dealing with food prices. One of the first casualties was the awesome Ninja burger with sliced beef and toppings, although I really wish they kept the style with a normal patty. Over the years, the trucks have become more inconsistent in quality which is a problem. I still love me some Krush, but not seeing the Ninja kills a little part of me each time. Cowbells are still a favorite, but the Philly is slowly working its way into my rotation. I really enjoy their seasonal sliders, but the food trucks usually just stick to the three standard burgers. Seeing a special item taped over is somehow worse than not having the option at all. Fortunately, the sides are still great even as most food trucks seem to skip the deep fryer altogether. Overall, they still put out a good product, but consistency and variety have slipped. The trucks are a welcome change to the local dining scene, but please bring back the Ninja!

Delish! One of the best tasting burgers in sac! The meat is seasoned! The service is friendly.

The Salmon BLT is much more than salmon, bacon, lechuga and baby tomatos. With avocado, corn, a bit of spice and butter soaked buns, the 2 sliders filled me up. I then felt strangely compelled to renew my Sunset magazine subscription and swill white wine. Krush Burger is so very NorCal, which is why it’s a fan favorite at every food truck event. Be sure to get in line early!

The salmon burger was VERY good but the sweet potato tots were burned BLACK on the edges. I gave them an extra star for being open at Cesar Chavez park when almost everyone else was already closed.

I love krush burgers, I’ve been here over a dozen times and I’ve never been disappointed. I highly recommend there sweet potatoes tots and don’t forget to dip it in the sauce it comes with. When I come here I always get the same thing, the 2 pack combo which is about $ 10. The combo comes with 2 mini burgers, 1 side and a beverage. I usually get 1 original and 1 Philly mini burger. They use to have special burgers, but I think it’s just a seasonal thing. If you happen to see a seasonal burger on the menu, I recommend trying it!

I went to a food truck event today at Carmichael park. I has two of the mini burgers. One was the Philly and I forgot the name of the other but it had thus creamy aoli sauce! There burgers weren’t as small as sliders but not a full size burger. But I was stuffed from eating the two. And they were so darn flavorful!

Krush burger is what a food truck should be. Greasy and comforting. The concept of ordering multiple variable sliders is great and the rotating menu looks awesome. Sliders were cooked pretty well and fries were satisfying. A little pricey for a combo meal, but once you dive in it’s worth the money. Keep on doin what you doin…

Krush Burger’s mini burgers and sweet potato tots are sinfully delicious! Probably the best mini burgers and sides from any food truck I’ve tried. When they first opened years ago, I probably would have given them a 5 star rating because their mini burgers were mouth-watering delicious and the sweet potato tots were so addicting, especially in their dipping sauce. I tried them again recently when they were at the State Capitol and I thought the burgers were tasty, but too salty. And the patty looked a bit smaller than what I remembered. To me, the Philly burger is the best, probably because I love Philly steak sandwiches. BUT, a lot of people I know love the other flavors. The Cowbell reminds me of Carl Jr’s western bacon cheeseburger, which is pretty good, and the Original is much like a regular cheeseburger. Periodically, they will have a seasonal burger on the menu. Their prices have gone up as well… it cost $ 3.50 per burger. You can add a combo of fries and a drink for an extra $ 3 or $ 3.50. It adds up quick! There were probably 15 – 20 food trucks at the event, but I would still choose Krush Burger over the others.

I was underwhelmed by the mini burger truck. I think I shared the original, the cowbell, and something else, but it wasn’t very memorable. I was really actually disappointed. I think the flavor was there, and the meat was okay/expected coming from a food truck trying to feed hungry friday workers on their lunches, but maybe it was the texture lacking something to just bring it all together. Anyway, that’s my two cents. Others really like these, and they’re definitely one of the better choices for lunch when the truck comes around. I think they no longer have the ninja which I wanted to try. Maybe i’ll come out to the brick and mortar. I love burgers, but this one just didn’t do it for me.

The flavor? Amazing. The ideas? Spectacular. The convenience? Pretty awesome. The cost? Ouch. I had this food truck for a second time, and it looks like they didn’t have all of their options that day. I got a Philly and a Cowbell with a side of sweet potato tots. Wow. Messy. Sticky. Tasty. But all that with a bottled water ran me over $ 11. Feels a few dollars steep for something that is between fast food and sit-down service food.

This truck came to my work today«as of many“but I chose to eat off KRUSHBURGER and OMG did I chose right! I got the COWBELL and PHILLY and I have to say… the COWBELL is my favorite. I really wish this food truck could be local because it was well worth my money. I got quite a few co workers to try it and I heard NO complaints. I will definitely need to make a trip to the restaurant!

I had my first visit at the Krush burger truck a few months ago at a sactomofo event in Elk Grove. the line was soooo long because it was so popular. it took awhile to get my meal but it was understandable. I ordered the Cowbell and the Philly. I enjoyed the Cowbell but the BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my taste. the Philly was not as good, probably wouldn’t order it again. it was a nice experience and tasteful, I will return.

Delicious sliders offered in a variety of preparations. Despite the variety to choose from, I’m a big fan of the«Original» –so I got 2. This is exactly why I came to the Old Town Elk Grove Food Truck 5÷7÷2014 event –to get my fix and I got it. Krush Burger appears to have the longest lines compared to all the other food trucks, whether it is Garcia Bend or even here in Old Town Elk Grove. That in itself says a lot. People love their burgers. I’ve had their burgers plenty of times –and they always been able to deliver such great quality. This time there was a tad bit too much House sauce and I didn’t think it wasn’t going to matter that they ran out of lettuce –you definitely need the lettuce for that crunch factor. Still a fan and will be back for more.

Don’t get me wrong. The food is GOOD. But it’s a tad bit overpriced. And the wait is long. And by ‘wait’, I mean the wait to order, and the wait for the food to be cooked. I can’t get myself to give it a 4/5, but it’s definitely worth a try.

I was missing their sweet potatoe tots are their side sauce so I had to stop by today. It’s been over a year since I’ve had these guys only for health reasons lol. Cause I’d be one big fatass if I went to these guys everytime I craved them. The tots are still amazing like I remember.

Check it out, a food truck in the parking lot. And apparently they’re getting a permanent location in Davis in the coming months. Let’s give it a try! + Simple menu(~5 different mini burgers to choose from, 2 types of potato-based sides) + Variety(despite a small menu, the nature of mini burgers is that a normal person could quite reasonably eat two or three of these and thus get to taste different flavors) + Inexpensive(*if you keep it real simple — I got 3 burgers, sweet potato tots and a nostalgic soda which rang up around $ 17, which isn’t that cheap but hey it’s bulking season and I went big. If you keep it normal, two burgers and some fries or tots will hit around the $ 10 mark) I highly recommend the Cowbell. Be warned the Ninja is a little spicy, if you’re sensitive to that you choose to stay away. The original and philly were also good, but if I went back(likely will when the new location opens) the only one I’d for 100% certain order again is the Cowbell.

There’s a reason this food truck will crush its competition. Krush Burger serves great mini burgers and sweet potato tots! Food: I’ve had their Cowbell, OG, Philly, and Ninja mini burgers, and I’ve also had their sweet potato tots. You can’t go wrong with any of their mini burgers because they’re all tasty! Their sweet potato tots are pretty amazing too! Today, if I had to choose one mini burger, I would go with the Philly. Six months ago, I would’ve chosen the Ninja. I guess my taste buds have changed. Side Notes Ambiance: Krush Burger is a food truck, so all of the food is to go. The graphics on the truck are pretty clean and cool. Service: The service is friendly, and the food is usually made quickly. As with any food business, the wait time for your food may vary depending on how crowded they are. Krush Burger can get really crowded, and the wait time can get long. Overall: Krush Burger serves some of the best mini burgers in Sacramento! Their food truck locations will vary, so follow them on Twitter or visit their website for their schedule.

Even though the line was long(always a good sign), just keep telling yourself«Anything worth having is worth waiting for!» All told, KrushBurger(which was Mini Burger back when I first tried it in June 2011) is just as good I remember having a year and a half ago! I again had the Cowbell(bbq bacon burger w/onion straws) and Da Philly(grilled mushrooms & onions w/swiss and terrific red pepper aioli), but tried the Pacific Coaster(crabcake burger) which was DELICIOUS! The lemon aioli goes sooo well with the crab, and the greens match perfectly. It cost an extra $ 2 for the Coaster, but I thought«what the heck?!» and went for it anyway. Good call on my part! Oh, and of COURSE I had to get those devilishly addictive sweet potato tots with that AMAZING dipping sauce… just eat them right away so they’re still hot and crispy; that’s the best way to go, but they’re still yummy if you save them for later(just won’t be crispy). If you haven’t tried this truck, do so! I’m sure you’ll find something you like. :)
