Land Park Florist

I have a small business and Land Park Florist provides us with a new arrangement every week. The flowers are different and gorgeous every time. The flowers are still beautiful when they come to replace them every week. It’s been several weeks and we haven’t been disappointed once. They also never bring the flowers I mentioned I was allergic to when I first started the service, which is great.

We moved from east Sacramento to Tennessee some years ago. To my distress, late yesterday afternoon I learned that a very, very close friend in an independent living facility in South Land Park (Sacramento) has a 90^th birthday today. I was fearful that if I purchased flowers through FTD, the florist might be across Sacramento from where she lives and the delivery of what I ordered might go to the end of the line. Because of good reviews for Land Park Florist and especially because they are located so close to her independent living facility, I took a chance and called Land Park Florist directly.
You cannot imagine my joy or how stunned I was when this dear, dear friend called me overjoyed about the bouquet before 9AM Sacramento time! Land Park Florist really heard my heart about how much this meant to me and he told me he would do something lovely and work on it first thing in the morning. My friend kept talking about how gorgeous the bouquet is, how many types of flowers were in it, how many colors it had and that the most incredible aroma was wafting through her room. She also said: «The day is young and I already feel so blessed.» It set a tone for her day because they arrived so early She just called me back to say that she unexpectedly has an invitation to go out in the country somewhere so the fact that the flowers were prioritized by the floral shop also met a logistical need.
I could not be more pleased by Land Park Florist’s integrity, heart to help, professionalism and real soul. They have performed as all I desired and more. Warmest appreciation from Tennessee – thanks!

We were turned away by another florist shop that was extremely rude and I remembered Land Park florist was not too far away from Fruitridge and Freeport. We walked in on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, and told the staff we needed flowers for our fathers funeral. The staff was so helpful and compassionate and took their time with us. We looked at the books they had available and told her what colors we wanted. She put together some flowers so we can see what it looked like and made our decision. We had to change the time for the delivery of the funeral home and they were so accommodating. I want to thank the staff for the beautiful arrangements and how much compassion you showed my family. I will be doing business with you from now on!!! In fact I just bought a flower lei for my daughters graduation and it was beautiful. So thank you again!!!

A coworker’s father recently passed away and the office collected donations for a floral arrangement for the service. We collected barely enough for a basic basket. In any case because of the overwhelming pleasant service, quality, consistency, elegance, and price I receive… I went to my trustee florist at «Land Park Florist». I handed over the envelope and asked the owner to do what he could do with the funds.
The following week when I arrived at the funeral service, I noticed immediately one of the most breathtaking floral arrangements I’ve EVERRRRR seen. It was so prominent, hearty, elegant and grand. I was immediately moved to tears as I had no expectation the arrangement would be so fabulous and literally trump all other centerpieces/​arrangements sent from other florist. The family was so impressed and grateful. I gave away 10 LandPark Florist business cards that day to family members asking where I went. I was personally thanked by the wife and daughter. I recommend anyone’s first stop to be here. It is comforting to know that not only for basic occasions they come through with excellence, but at those times when your need is greater than self they customize and cater going over beyond your expectations. I love the quaint community service this shop offers, It’s so unique.
I’ve since ordered three pairs of prom arrangements, boutonnieres, corsages and can attest they are consistent in their delivery of quality every time. I don’t know who this Fairytale florist is I read about on the aforementioned comments, but know for certain they can not and do not measure up to these guys. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS LONG AS LANDPARK FLORIST IS IN BUSINESS!

I had previously went to Flowers by Fairytale in Elk Grove to order my daughter’s corsage and boutonnière-​for my daughter’s Senior Ball two weeks in advance. I was completely dissatisfied. The roses were wilted really dark and just plain ugly. When I told the two florists that I didn’t like the flowers she told me that she spent a lot of money on the flowers and they were from Ecuador! Well she should sent them back. I had requested sprayed roses and she put glue on the roses and sprinkled the with glitter on the roses. I thought I was in a surprise Punk’d episode. The flowers were so ugly that I did not even want them. It was the eve before the Senior Ball at 4:30 pm and I called Land Park Florist. He could tell I was frantic and told me to come the morning and he would do everything he could to help me. He was so nice and understanding. I was so happy he could help me with literally less than 24 hour notice!!! The roses were beautiful and the arrangements were absolutely adorable! Let’s just say he turned a nightmare experience to a dream that came true. I am so grateful for Land Park florist. It was well worth driving across town. From this day forward I will only go Land Park Florist!

This florist needs to put better photos on their website, because the two arrangements which I have received from them, are 1000% more beautiful than their photos. Also, they should include their phone number on the card /​envelope with flowers delivered, so happy recipients will use their florist in the future.

Came to this florist last week to order a boutonnière for my daughter’s boyfriend. I explained what I was looking for and the color and it was ready a few days later. The lady that waited on me was very nice and helpful and we loved the boutonnière. I would use them again.

Without fail, the owner and staff members continue to do outstanding work. All I have to do is let them know the occasion for the flowers and the arrangements are elegant and beautiful.

Anyone who plans a wedding knows how stressful it can be. Having the right people in place to help is essential to ease a bride’s mind and make the day perfect.
Ron from Land Park Florist was the right choice for this bride. From the time I started working with him to the day after the wedding, Ron was a pleasure to work with; he’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’m guessing the people who left the negative post were mistaken with the name of the florist –Ron is far from rude.
I brought in items for him to include in the centerpieces and explained my vision –they turned out better than I imagined. My bouquet was beautiful and the perfect size. There is not one thing I would change with his work –it was all perfect and beautiful! The prices were more than fair –the results were worth every penny and more. I would highly recommend including Ron and Land Park Florist in your special day. (I will post pictures as soon as I get them from the photographer). Thank you soooo much, Ron!!!

I have gotten flowers 3 times from here. Every time I am impressed beyond words and more importantly my wife is.
I see some of the reviews on this shop are about the attitude of the employees; honesty I have never encountered a rude employee (maybe it’s because I’m from the east coast and lived in NYC for 11 years; or maybe it’s because the customer was rude first).
My parents have even called in flowers for my wife from out of state and had a good experience. It seems that people are complaining about teleflora and ftd; not the flower shop.
Here is why I like this place:
Prices are fair
Flowers are fresh
Arrive on time if you have them delivered.
I will continue to use this place.

I had ordered flowers from Tele-​flora and the florist they had sent it to was Land Park. I receive a call from them about 20 minutes later from a RUDE man saying this in a HORRIBLE tone I might add.
«Is this George?» I said yes. He said «we just received your order from Tele Flora and 1. Tele-​flora did not send us enough money to complete your order 2. We can’t deliver today because our driver left, and 3. We don’t deliver to security guards at businesses so you might as well call Tele fora and cancel your order.»
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! First of all Tele flora guarantees same day delivery if you order by 3pm… Second of all, how is it my problem teleflora didn’t send you enough money and how dare you get that tone with me. And last deliver it however you normally deliver to businesses. I was so upset, I called Tele Flora and made a HUGE complaint against this particular florist. I am writing this Unilocal review so you DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE OF HAVING LAND PARK FLORIST take any of your orders. I will find every single solitary website and way to review on this business because this was by far unacceptable.
To the man who called me– I hope your tone, attitude, and lack of professionalism was worth the loss of business I see that you lose. I will be posting complaints on every venue I can, I will also be contacting all my contacts of businesses in the Sacramento Area to dis-​courage further use of this florist.

Never Again… I order my parents the deluxe Passionate Purple Tulips from there web site… My mom posted the picture of what arrived and it looked nothing like the picture. Believe me I know they always don’t look like the picture but they did not even have one purple tulip it it. I called the florist and when I told him about this he started to tell me I can have the driver pick them up! Ya OK hey Mom The guy is coming back to get the flowers! He then proceed to tell me that it says on the site that they have a substitute policy, I checked every page and there is none… He said could you email me the receipt so I obliged along with the two transaction pages that does not have a statement of any kind. When I looked at the receipt that was emailed to me it says on the lower bottom Substitution Policy: In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered. Mind you this is after you have payed for the flowers and the receipt is emailed to you… After talking to Ron the second time he said it says it on the web site, I said it don’t sir. At this point I was just done with it and he offered on my next flowers half price if I come in and ask for Ron… Ya that’s going to happen in this life time… Buyer beware if ordering on-​line from them… I would not recommend them at all… I should have read the Unilocal comments first!

I used Land Park Florist to provide flowers for my May 2013 wedding. They did an EXCELLENT job! I especially loved my bridal bouquet, and the table centerpieces were amazing!
I found them after going online to search for a florist near my wedding venue, so I did not know what to expect as far as their quality and service. I have to say they beyond exceeded my expectations, and their prices are very reasonable.
The owner, Ron, is so professional and efficient. When I went into the shop to see about wedding flowers he took the time to find out what my vision was for my wedding, answered my many questions, and offered lots of helpful suggestions. I placed my order right then and there since there was only about month before my wedding, and a week before the wedding he called to go over my order and make sure it was as I wanted. That gave me peace of mind since things are really hectic during the week before a wedding, and it was one less phone call I had to make.
I would definitely recommend them as a florist!

My stepdaughter had a limited budget for her bridal bouquet and went to this florist looking for help. She was treated meanly and rudely and was almost in tears when I talked to her afterward. She went to another florist (Flowers by Fairytales) who treated her with kindness and explained to her what she could get with the money she had available, and produced a beautiful orchid bouquet that made my stepdaughter’s day very special. Don’t go to Land Park florist for your wedding flowers unless you have a huge budget and want to be treated like crap. Apparently a small order for a young bride was just too much trouble for these folks.

The only way that I know of this florist is that
sent my order here to be delivered. I had ordered the FTD® Sweet Splendor™ Bouquet — a orange and yellow arrangement with a colorful ribbon. Very cute!
What my mother received was not what I ordered. It was yellow long stem roses, yellow chysanthamums and lots of white and greenery. All in a tall vase with a floppy white bow. I wish I could include a picture. All I could think was that there must be a happy cheerful bouquet at a funeral somewhere and we got their flowers.
When I called
, they informed me of their substitution policy, when I said that wasn’t even close, they called this florist. They were unable to reach anyone and said I would have things resolved within 24 hours. When I called back 2 days later, FTD said that they did not hear back from this florist. They called again.
After much going back and forth, this florist actually accused my mom of lying, saying that she is trying to argue with another florist’s bouquet!
«gave up arguing with the owner» (FTD’s words) and gave me a refund after I disputed the charges. What a hassle!!! What horrible customer service! Stay away from this florist. I am sure that there are better ones nearby! Not sure I will use
again either if this is the type of florists they subcontract.
