This place is the reason why I open a Unilocal acct., by best customer service I have receive in a long time. I was shopping with a 2 year old and a 5 year old. They felt I was in a hurry to get in and out. Being that my kids were acting a lil crazy. But the ladies reassure me they where fine, and they actually keep them entertain, making my kids feel welcome. Thank you ladies so much.

Best customer service at this location. Having had bad experiences in the past now makes me appreciate these ladies so much more. My experience could be because I’m a frequent flyer, but they are just the great. They always know the best deals and give me tips and reminders on how to take advantage of double point promotions. They do their best to help me max out my coupons too, which I love because I’m a coupon-er. Never an issue when requesting a stock check or making a return using my LB card. If I had to find something bad to say, it would be that the selection isn’t as big as the Arden location, but they are happy to help me order online, so it’s really a non-issue. Oh! and they have great finds. Just today found a leather pair of pumps retailed for $ 109, but they rang up for $ 9.98! And yes! I still used a coupon! Love my Natomas ladies.

Love this store. First time I had been to the Natomas store. Wonderful service, the ladies were there when you needed them and very helpful, and they also were not invasive when you were trying on clothes. The store was fairly busy at the time I was there but no long waits for service. They had a nice selection of bras and tanks. I was able to order colors I wanted that weren’t in store and have them sent to my home. I read the review for this Lane Bryant on Unilocal before driving over. I drove 10 miles out of my way to go to this story and am delighted I did. I highly recommend this Lane Bryant over the others in the Sacramento area, well worth a journey out of your way.

I received really good customer service from Teresa today. Obviously they hired correctly when they hired her. Teresa’s interaction with me and the other customers was so natural and didn’t feel forced, so it made my shopping experience all the better! Made it much more pleasant to spend my hard earned money. ;-)

Chenoa and Liz were super super helpful and so nice! They help me find jeans that fit perfect and when your shopping alone it’s always nice to get a «girlfriends» opinion and these lady’s were great!!! I would definitely shop at this location again!

I love this store. I was shopping at Arden but the staff there seems to be in a foul mood each time I went. I switched to the Natomas store after horrible cutomer service at Arden and was so thrilled to walk into a store that actually helped and was friendly. My new go to store.

I ordered 2 bras online with 3 day shipping with a confirmation email showing that’s what I ordered. My address I put was a PO box. They called me the next day and verified my address. That fallowing next day I received a call from a different person saying they cant deliver to my PO box because of UPS3day shipping. I gave them my Address and they said they would ship it out. I got my confirmation email for my order and they were mailing me 1 bra, not my size, 4 – 8 day shipping. When I called to let them know they were sending me the wrong order, the person on the other line said that’s what I ordered and said a manager will call me…3days later I had yet to get a call. I called again and the person I spoke with said again that’s what I ordered and a manager will call me back. I never received a call, I had to call back again and fight with the customer service person to get a manager on the phone. After her telling me that’s what I ordered and I was wrong and she wasn’t going to put me threw unless I tell her everything that is going on she put me on hold to get a manager and after waiting she came back and said a manager will call me back. I demanded to wait and talk to a manager and she put me on hold again and I finally, after 2weeks, got a manager on the phone which she refunded my order. After 2 weeks that’s all I wanted. I will never shop online or in-store again. The worst 2 weeks of customer service I have ever experienced. Never again!!!

I am giving this Lane Bryant five stars for the customer service — every person that has helped me has always had a smile on their face and been extremely attentive and helpful. I have not had a negative experience shopping here. The only true con I would have for this store is that they are smaller than the Arden store and therefore do not carry the same retail… i.e. Seven. It is also sometimes difficult to find the smaller sizes and I prefer to try what I purchase on versus ordering it online, which they can do for you in the store if you don’t mind the wait or knowing how it will«really» look(with free shipping). It also seems that Arden gets the newest stuff first, but waiting to shop at my local store is worth it — especially since I have never received this type of customer service at Arden!
