Christian store with ungodly employees. Had no respect for customers. We literally have employee running to the door at 7:58pm when she saw us pulling over to lock the door. Instead of politely letting us know they close at 8pm she acted very rudely. Very unprofessional. And definitely ungodly.

We were on our way to Barnes and Noble and we passed by here first. We can park right up front and the sales person walked us to the book. A small place sure has its perks when you only want one book and you want an easy in and out.
This is the perfect place for gifts too. They have some amazing Christian and Authentic Jewish items. Decorations, jewelry, books, mints, toys, art, ect.
I’ve been here twice and next time I need something I’ll swing on by.

Great selection, good prices, and friendly staff — that’s how to describe this store. I will only shop here for Bibles and books.

This place used to be called Boreans, But I guess they went out of business. Life Way, Christian store is been here about a year. It pretty much looks the same inside, and I hope they stay in business. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

Was directed to this store by a different books store as they had the particular Bible i was buying for a gift in stock. Wish i would have just special ordered it from the first store. I was getting the bible for a friend who is deployed for Christmas. I went in and bought the bible, but decided to have them imprint it and I still had a day or two to make sure it gets to him on time. Went to pick it up the next evening and the imprinting was done horribly, (i used to personalize books, matches, etc. at a factory, and it looked like they had double stamped it so there was a big shadow). They had only that one in stock so they had to get a new one from a different store. I would have liked if they had just admitted their mistake and fixed it without me having to go in, but they were still very friendly so i would have given them a 4 star anyways. I was told I would be called when the bible was ready to be picked up. The reason i am giving such a low rating though is because a week later i still hadn’t received a call. I understand it takes time and you have to wait on another store but at this point my gift probably isn’t going to get there in time for Christmas so I called in and was told it had been ready, and asked why i hadn’t picked it up yet! Because no one contacted me!!! Very frustrating. Not very good follow through. To make matters worse the name imprinted was still a mess, a little crooked, letters missing pieces, very very sloppy. At this point though I have to pay for overnight shipping and hope it will get to him on time so I didn’t bother asking for a new one. Would never get anything personalized there again, not the quality of gift i was hoping to give. Staff was very friendly though.

Friendly helpful staff, prices were a bit high but they did have a large variety of children’s books & learning materials to select from. Loved the sitting area where you can read through books comfortably before buying them. Bibles were way over priced which was a disappointment. Overall great store.

Needed to purchase a book for hubby’s birthday on very short notice. None of the other Christian stores nor Barnes and Noble in my area had it. Everyone offered to order it for me but it would arrive too late for my purpose. Checked Lifeway, they had it. Received very pleasant service, I achieved my goal. Could not be more pleased!

My hubby and I were selecting songs for a CD we’re going to make for our family.
5 MINS after store closing Sheryl said that the staff there has a certain time they must close then she asked us to leave and escorted us out. We were almost finished but that wasn’t her customer service concern.
Sheryl, I definitely understand long days and tired feet; however, that was disappointing and Not at all the customer service we expected from any store, especially not a Christian store.
We won’t be returning to LifewAy.

Came here to get a book cover for my NIV study/​application bible. They had a lot of sizes and styles available which was awesome. I was blown away how much inventory they had here and the staff were super friendly :)
