Loehmann’s Plaza

Parking was pretty packed. But they have a Christmas Band out right now singing Christmas tunes, 80’s Rock and the latest pop songs!
Pretty frigging cool!

The service is always been awesome every time I have time and I’m here again… They actually open up at 8:30 a.m. not 10 a.m.

Sad to see that Loemann’s is closing. There really isn’t another store like it. Too bad they are giving up after almost 100 years in business. RIP

So I love the Loehmann’s Plaza, always have, always will, but parking is dreadful! I have to give myself plenty of time when I go there because parking is hard to find, especially a spacious parking space. The reason I specifically look for a wider space? Well, one evening I saw more than I wanted to see when it came to cars getting dinged. I kid you not it was like every few minutes I’d hear someone’s door hit the car next to them. The only reason I noticed all of this was because I was waiting for AAA, and was just dumbfounded by the number of times I heard a car get dinged, even my own and I was inside of it! What’s worse, I saw a driver not only dent the back of a parked vehicle, but her own beautiful car! She must have been in a hurry because she still parked there and did not even leave a note… long story short, I was able to inform the owners of who caused that big dent on their car.
My favorite spots: Pet Food Express, Jack’s Urban Eats, Beach Hut Deli, Noah’s Bagels, and European Wax Center. Just don’t forget to have time and patience with you when you go during rush hours.

Oh good god, can you say parking nightmare???
What is good about this shopping center is also bad about it unfortunately. It has a TON of restaurants and little shops… Yay! But it also has a huge grocery store in it. And zero parking spots… Yikes!
Ok, ok, there are more than zero parking spots, but it sure feels like zero if you are trying to find a parking spot at lunchtime.
In Loehman’s Plaza there are about 10 restaurant/​snack shops, a bank, 10 other misc. shops and a Savemart all crammed into an area the size of a Target store.
I kind of wish the Savemart would move somewhere else so they could tear it down and put more parking spots in…
Anywho, some of the best lunch spots are in this plaza, so when you got to go, you got to go. Just don’t bring your SUV… It won’t fit.

Amazing places to eat in here. Good shopping. Center is always clean. But beware the parking at lunchtime!

I only go here because it is close to my work and there are actually quite a few different shops in here such as a grocery store, restaurants, and specialty shops. But I hate, hate, hate the parking in this plaza. There is not enough and it gets very busy around lunch time. However, there is a little parking lot around the back that only a few people know about. Check that out if you can’t find any parking!

I can almost guarantee that I’ll turn into one of those little old ladies who wear fifty necklaces, rings on every finger, tons of jingle jangle bracelets, and lipstick outside the lines of my mouth because of the number of times I shop at Loehmann’s!
In all seriousness, they have great deals on some great name brands. I love Free People and Hudson, both of which they carry at a significant reduction when compared to Nordies and Macy’s. Their jewelry and sleepwear/​lingerie sections have much to be desired but in terms of purses, shoes, and women’s apparel, this place is solid. If I was modest, I would probably find the open dressing room a little creepy, but I’m a professional at trying on clothes: quick and stealth-​like. They also have expanded their Men’s section. I picked up 3 (Thread for Thought and Alternative Apparel) sweatshirts for my love for about $ 20 bucks a piece.
Also, if you join their frequent buyer program (I think I have the no-​cost membership), you will get 20% coupons mailed, emailed, and texted to you regularly. Parking can be a drag since it shares its lot with Save-​mart, Chipotle, Jacks and many other businesses, but the savings is worth it.

Loehmann’s Plaza is a nice little mall if you’re looking for a place to eat. They have great places like Chipotle, Jack’s Urban Eats, Noodles and Company, Bento Box and a nice little Thai place. I’ve been to all of them and they’re all very nice with good quality food. They also have nice places for desserts like Pinky Berry, Cold Stones, etc. That is why I go, but I’ve also noticed small jobs in there too that’re nice as well.
The only bad thing about Loahmann’s plaza is the parking lot. BE CAREFUL driving through that place… it’s very unorganized in my opinion.

Wow I haven’t been here in years and I really found alot of great places in this shopping center! There was Boudin’s (yum chowder) and Bento Box (great small little Japanese food place). My reason for going there was of course to get cookies at Cookie Connection. As I was looking for this place I saw one of my all time favorites– Nothing Bundt Cakes! I was driving out to Roseville for these! So much closer now. They also have a Jack’s Urban Eats and Noah’s bagels. Good place to stop and eat or pick up some dessert or bagels!

I really wanted to give this place more stars but I can’t! First off not enough parking and too little parking spaces, I wouldn’t reccomend driving a large vehicle here. Secondly, I sick of seeing grown ass men/​woman panhandling using their children? To support there possible drug habits! Yes I had a few ppl try to pull that crap with me no sooner than I get out the car. Now for the experience! I love urban jacks, pinkberry, cookie connection and def, the boudin sf! The last time I was here I think they opened a petco unleashed store here. Not to mention if you need a few groceries there’s savemart.

A lot of shopping options in Loehmann’s Plaza — banks, groceries, ice cream, drinks, seafood, bagels, sandwiches, Fedex, etc. Some of my favorites include Scott’s, Jack’s, and Cold Stone.

Nice place to stop for some eatin’ & shoppin’.
Scott’s Seafood, Noah’s Bagels, Chipotle, Bento Box, SaveMart… you could eat your way all around here for a week or more and still get plenty of variety.
Parking is a bitch.
Cute shops, nice location at the corner of Fair Oaks & Munroe. And bonus points for being pretty! They always have clear string-​lights on all the trees here… all year round, not just at Xmas.

I like coming here to shop; the shops here are great. However, parking really, really sucks. Especially at peak hours such as lunch time and dinner time. Some of my favorite places are here: Noah’s, Jacks, Savemart, and Pinkberry.

if you’re a woman over 60 get a smaller fucking car!!! having said that, scott’s, chipotle, and bank of the west are awesome.

It was my first time in this plaza because it was my first time going to a Loehmann’s in Sacramento. This is also my first time reviewing an entire plaza! Why did I decide to do so? Beats me. Maybe because I was really excited seeing that a Pink Berry was «swirling soon» to this plaza!
I especially like this plaza because it feels very «cozy» if you can even describe a plaza as cozy. It feels like a neighborhood community to me and has almost everything you’ll ever need. restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, etc. Most notably, there are a few places that cannot be found anywhere else in Sacramento. For example, Boudin SF and Pink Berry.

Okay, I’ll admit it. I wanted to write this review for the FTR. =P

This is a small place that’s overlooked, but its great!
The eye exam is with a thorough and experienced Dr., no eye exam 2,000 straight out of school Dr.
Their prices are phenomenal… best in town that I found both for the exam & the eye glasses!
They have a great selection of frames as well.
If you need an eye exam or glasses, I would highly recommend this place since I looked around for weeks.
