Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, accessible, and responsive… amazing place to live in midtown! Disappointed I have to leave due to work. Everyone is great from Mollie, Renee, Lisa, and Pete! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve been impressed since day one. I had to move to Sacramento on short notice and did not have a chance to see the building or my loft in person before signing my lease. Molly was great to work with and all of the staff have been extremely professional and responsive. The building is very well maintained; they are constantly cleaning, re-​painting, etc. You definitely get the impression that they care about their tenants and their properties. I do not have a single complaint and am very grateful that there was an opening in my building when I was looking. I definitely feel like Loftworks has spoiled me for any future apartment I may live in!

Very impressed with the professionalism of the management and leasing staff at Loftworks. All parties really go out of their way to make sure their tenants are completely satisfied. Plus, the lofts they offer are much more affordable and provide more of a community feel than other upscale units in Midtown. I would definitely recommend them to my friends looking to rent in the area.
