I think it’s called a Launderette because it’s small and… there is no sink and faucet inside, which is something I always seem to need. However, there is a paper-towel dispenser. All the washers and dryers seem to be new, and everything is spotless. A 3-load washer is $ 3.50; the small, top-loading washers are $ 1.25, or just $ 1 if you wash with cold water. A quarter will get you 8 minutes in a dryer(other places I’ve been, a quarter is only 7 minutes worth of drying time). The dryer, by the way, did an excellent job of drying. Lucille’s opens at 6:00AM seven days a week. The day I washed, I was there from 6:30ish to 8:30 and I did not see an employee. I believe there is no restroom available, I just saw a door that said«Employees Only,» which I’m thinking is the office.

This laundromat is always very clean and tidy. The staff is always very helpful and personable. For a little extra you can even leave your clothes here and have them do your laundry. Food and snacks are cheap to purchase and there are PLENTY of washers and dryers for many people at one time. I actually enjoy coming here. :)

This laundry mat seems like its always open. Its always clean and the person who runs the place is really helpful. They also have a drop off option which is really convenient. Ive never had any issues with the people or appliances at this wash house. And I think they have a free wash Saturday once a month or something. Dont quote me lol
