I have always loved to explore thrift stores in hopes of finding good things cheap, so when I was driving by and noticed this place, I stopped to see what they had. It felt more like someone’s garage in need of cleaning-out than a garage sale. This small space was so crammed with stuff, and a lot of it just in piles on the floor, that it was hard to even walk around to see what was there. They had clothing, and shoes, nick-knacks, lots of framed things, and records, tapes, CDs, some furniture, costume jewelry, dolls. I didn’t find anything I couldn’t resist, but then I hadn’t gone in looking for anything in particular. Depending on what you are looking for you might find something you want at a reasonable price. The man working there was pleasant. In response to my question I got the answer I was expecting … cash, no credit cards accepted.

Located within a small crack in a building in Oak Park, Luz’s does not deliver. A lot of things are crammed into this small place; and walking around is like nearly impossible. it takes about 15 seconds to see everything in this store. The items in here range from a small set of clothes to random articles of nick knacks. I would not suggest coming to this place unless you are a true adventurer for hopes of treasures. Pros: Random Items can be found here Cons: Small, selection is limited Stars: 1.25
