Darn good burger, wasn’t expecting it from a hotel«bistro». 3.5 star for that alone, rounded up cuz the fries were tasty too. A little pricey but not outrageous at all like it seems on Unilocal price. Saved me from having to drive anywhere, so that was also a plus.

Not the best, not the worst. It’s a courtyard… The bistro burger is pretty darn good every time I eat it in the fries are great. Everything else is mediocre but completely edible when you get in from a late flight and it’s most convenient option. It does cost a little more than I should but it’s definitely not as expensive as described on Unilocal

I stayed here during a week-long business trip. First of all, I did not realize that this property is located in a «drug dealing» district. During my second day of stay here, there was a police activity 2 blocks away from the hotel, which resulted to a cop dying and another one getting shot, but survived. The hotel is trying really hard to improve its bar/bistro ambiance. lots of construction going on during my stay which did not bother me ATALL. However, on my third night here, I was extremely dismayed. This was the third night that I sat in the lobby /bistro/bar, to have dinner. 30 minutes later, no one had asked me if I have been helped, so I took it upon myself to go to the bar to order a glass of wine and wings. The bartender asked me how I was, to which I replied«famished». I ordered a glass of wine and a dozen of buffalo wings. She poured the wine and then before she handed it to me, asked for my ID. I said, «I have it upstairs in my room but Im checked in under my name«and handed my room key. She left the bar and came back 10 secs later to inform me that the front desk is unable to verify my age. REALLY? a Platinum member, staying at your stinking hotel for a week is unverifiable? Anyway, I would have gladly gone up to retrieve my ID but the bartender as exuding major bad ATTITUDE. I think that management should hire employees with customer service skills to go along with the hotel’s improvement or they will lose customers.
