These are perfect gentlemen, who care a lot about customer service. My sales rep, Will (I’m in California Bay Area), has matched prices from ADT to give me a great deal with a lot of equipment, and has been very attentive and patient with me through all my questions. He extended his deal so that I could move in and get settled through the holidays and busy work season, and pick up once the dust settled. He’s not pushy at all. I’m very impressed. They had a technician come out to answer my questions about installation, who was very polite. The owner of the company, Andy Higgins, called on a Saturday to make sure that the install visit was going well and answer any other questions I had about the contract. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven’t signed up yet (so I don’t know how their monitoring/​contract service is), but I just want to let Unilocalers know that these are very nice people to work with.
