I won’t recommend this place to anyone. It was my first and last transaction with this business. The older Asian lady who I think is the owner is very rude when she is asked to fix things that were paid for but didn’t get done. She got a big attitude and kept annoyingly sighing when I was telling her things that were not done. She charged me $ 29 some dollars for two shirts just because they were a shiny material, which she said they have to be careful with. I expected her to clean the stain on both sides of my shirt but one side still had a stain. She wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say about it. Businesses are known by how they best deal with customer concerns and she wouldn’t even listen to my concerns. When I said I paid so much money for two shirts and the stain is still there she said in very annoyed tone she can try one more time but can’t guarantee anything. I left my shirt there and picked it up with the same stain next week. At that point I was so frustrated that I picked up the shirt and left. I will never go back, and I told all my family and friends about their unprofessional and rude behavior, posted it on fb as well. They won’t have my business ever again.

This is the dry cleaners next to Safeway on Elk Grove-Florin Rd. I have been having them dry clean my shirts going on 4 – 5 years now. I went in Friday to drop off 3 shirts that they had dry cleaned a half a dozen or more times. They quoted something like $ 18.00 to do 3 shirts. In the past I paid $ 2.50 a shirt. The counter lady(what I thought was a very nice Asian lady) explained they had to hand press 2 or the shirts. Never came up before and these shirts had been done by them less than 2 months ago. The cost $ 7.50/shirt. The remaining 3rd shirt was now $ 3.00 to clean and press. I pulled the 2 shirts that were $ 7.50 a piece. As I was getting ready to leave the lady say I need you to pay in advance for the 3rd shirt. I started to pull that one but I said nah, I paid and thank her for the years of doing my shirts with a big smile on my face. She smiled looking very pleased with herself. The other woman behind the counter didn’t smile because she knew what the 1st didn’t! My smile and praise was totally sarcastic. The d 2nd lady knew that in a neighborhood with no less than 7 dry cleaners within 5 mins of my house one of which is right on the corner(3mins walking distance), that when I pick my shirt that will be the last they ever see of me.

Dry cleaning may be good, but the seamstress damaged my suit/pants! brought in a suit coat and pants to be dry cleaned and to repair the hem on pants which had come undone. They cut a ¼ inch hole in the pant leg while removing a stich to fix the hem. I brought it to the attention of Eunice and seamstress and they denied that they made the hole. I said, if the hole was there when I dropped off the suit/pants, you would have made note of the existing hole on the ticket at time of drop off. They flat out lied about it! Then to add insult to injury another customer in the shop at the time told me to «quit yelling and get over it». I was not yelling– maybe talking a bit loud to state my case with Eunice and the seamstress. Some«peoples kids!», I told the other customer they cut a hole in my $ 300 suit, she said«get over it», I bet if it was her $ 300 dress she would be singing a different tune! Honesty and integrity lacking — pretty sad state of affairs…

I really wanted to love this place. When I went in to drop off and pick up I could tell the owners had a great rapport with their customers who liked their services and were very loyal. I loved that they used less harsh chemicals, that it didn’t smell at all when I arrived, and that their ticket system was clear and easy to use. Unfortunately I dropped off an item with a stain and received it back with the stain still on it. It was a little better but I can still see it. I asked when I paid(though I guess I should have looked) and they said they thought it came off. I paid 10 dollars and didn’t have a chance to see the stain until I got home. Perhaps their better at general cleaning and alterations than for stain removal. Again the owners were friendly and the place was very clean so it’s worth a shot if you don’t have a stain issue.

I have come here before with my mother to have my senior ball dress hemmed and altered, but that was some time ago and I wanted to provide a more current review! My bridesmaid dress needed to be hemmed and altered for my friend’s wedding. I came in a couple times to be fitted but the lady who does the alterations works from 3 – 7 Monday through I believe Thursday(maybe Friday?) and sometimes if it’s slow she leaves early, so it may be wise to call ahead and see if she is there(her name is Sherina). I wanted to make sure she had ample time and that if there were any mistakes that they could be corrected, so I was fitted and left my dress with Sherina I believe on November 20. With Thanksgiving and her workload, I asked to pick it up on December 5, which worked out just fine. Upon picking up my dress, it was already nicely pressed and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly! It had to be taken in at the bust and a little on the sides, and hemmed about I’d say a good six or seven inches. Sherina did an excellent job for the $ 45 she quoted and charged. I would definitely recommend this business for alteration, despite the small curtain at the front of the store you use to change behind.

I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I’ve never had a complaint about my clothes and the customer service has always been good to me.

This has been the only dry cleaners I have used. They are incredible pleasant and knowledgeable. I am never disappointed.
