I have been seeing Vincent for the past few months and have greatly benefited from his work! I have had an easy time getting in when I need to and never had to wait long to be taken back. He always listens to my concerns and makes sure I am comfortable with the needles and the cupping. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

I really hate to give this place one star but I had high hopes and just ended up getting disappointed. Poor service ! I made an appointment with Vincent and was told his next open slot would be Tuesday at 11. I called Monday to confirm/make sure he had me down. He agreed that he did but ended up calling me back asking if I can come in at 1 instead. I didn’t mind that he changed the time on me at such short notice however, I came in at 12:55, the people up front weren’t friendly even after I tried to make small talk with them. They literally just stared at me and my boyfriend like we weren’t supposed to be there. Vincent comes out at 1:00 and takes TWO people inside before myself. What was the point of making an appointment ?! After 1:45, I decided to leave because I had to meet with someone at 2:00. Maybe they do offer great services but, I unfortunately just couldn’t experience that during my visit.

This location is new but the family that runs the center has been in the holistic health and acupuncture field for ages. I have been going to this family practice since I was in diapers. It’s an excellent alternative to Western medicine and has helped me reduce my need for antibiotics to treat my tonsillitis. When I’m not getting the right answers from Kaiser, I come here :) Now the shop is run by Vincent, the son of the legendary Dr. He, who is continuing his fathers legacy. I’m glad to see they have set up shop in a newer plaza. Yes, Vincent speaks English and yes, the place is clean. Nothing scary or intimidating here. If you’ve been curious about chinese medicine or acupuncture, I highly recommend this place! There’s plenty of parking, and depending on your diagnosis, you might be able to run across and grab yourself some dim sum or shaved ice after.
