Dr. Overton and staff are friendly. Dr. Overton cares about her patients and takes good care of them. She always tries to deliver her patients’ baby, which I really like because she knows their history and takes care of them. She is funny and a real person to connect with. Dr. Overton was my OB for two of my children. It’s a small office and most of the time, quiet and peaceful. I really like the office, especially the TV monitor that provides very useful information on a variety of topics. The only thing I have complaints about is the scheduling and wait time, which is about 30 minutes to be seen by a MA and then another 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I would highly recommend this office if the office improves the wait time for patients.

this dr. is a piece of work. don’t waste your time she requires i.d. on minors. the staff tried to tell me i needed to take my daughter to the dmv and get one. after speaking with the dr. before my appt. dr. overton tried to tell me i.d. was required by law as well as the insurance companies. i already knew she was fool of it. She refused to see my daughter because of no i.d. after further investigation, it was determined this was the «office policy» and not the law nor the insurance companies.
how she continued to get away with this, is beyond me. I will never return nor will I refer.
