Teri and Joe and the gang installed a elevator in our house last summer and they’ve been amazing. My elderly mother was coming to visit and we needed to have the installation finished before she arrived, but the manufacturer was super slow. Even though the elevator arrived late due to factors outside of their control, the folks at Pac West still managed to complete the installation on time. Since then, we’ve had a couple of service calls and they’ve been just as wonderful, once even sending out a technician who was officially on vacation! And to top it off, their bid was significantly lower than the other companies I’d talked to. I was nervous about choosing a company because I had had zero experience with home elevators (like most of us), but Pac West has proven to be a great choice and I highly recommend them.
