History

Established in 1991.

Pacific Copy & Print is a full service duplication facility, specializing in digital printing, finishing, fulfillment and distribution. We can assist in any and all aspects of the printing process, from design to delivery and everything in between.

In 1991, Pacific Copy & Print started out in a 2,000 square foot office suite with the three owners running all aspects of the business. Today, we operate in a 15,000 square foot state-​of-​the-​art production facility at 1700 North Market Blvd. in Sacramento, and we have grown to a workforce of 19 employees, 3 shifts (depending on workload), 7 days a week. Pacific Copy & Print offers only the highest quality products and services to our customers, at economical prices.

My company has used Pacific Copy & Print for a few years. I took over this year for the admin who usually does the ordering.
I had a very «rush» order that I’m not sure I made very clear that it was a «rush.» This morning, I needed the order and called Carrie at the front desk. I was feeling rushed and frustrated. I managed to even snap at Carrie when I heard one of her responses incorrectly (and for that I hugely apologize). She maintained her composure and remained very courteous and friendly. We fixed what we needed to and believe it or not, they actually had it here with time to spare — NO CHARGE FOR RUSH OR DELIVERY! Everything was as ordered and complete.
Over the past few days I had the opportunity to speak with Darren, the owner, and Glenn, the production. Both were very friendly and accommodating.
HydroScience Engineers is completely satisfied and gladly recommend using Pacific Copy & Print to support local business in the Sacramento Community.

Wow! After calling, what seems like, all the printers in Sacramento looking for help on a special project and curtly being told either «no» or being given an outrageous quote I called these guys this morning. It was SO NICE to speak to someone who was extremely kind, helpful and actually acted like they would appreciate my business! For my special project they weren’t the right fit but they searched around and called me back hours later with the contact information of someone who could actually do my project! It is hard to find good businesses with excellent customer service these days and I am thrilled to have found one for my future printing needs!

I’ve used this shop for a few jobs now, and they’re great. Here’s the text of email I sent to my coworker who brought them to my attention «Hey — Pacific Copy continues to be a fantastic find.
