This place is great despite the fact it’s located in a not so good neighborhood. Admission is just $ 1 and you can bring in your own food and drinks. The lifeguards are also pretty good about not letting the bigger kids rough house in the kiddie pool area.

Meadowview has always been my go to recreational pool since I was a kid. I would come here every year. Sometimes it gets a little crowded but it seems that there’s less people now. Maybe it’s because some schools are back in sesh or somes. But yeah the pool is clean and the water is clear. I love the kiddy side. It’s definitely worth a buck(Under 17) or two(18+)

I’ve been to the Pannell Meadowview Pool a couple of times now and I have to say that I’m pretty impressed. For just $ 2, that gives me access to the pool all day long. The pool is nicely maintained and everything is clean, which is important and actually surprised me. Even the bathrooms were very clean and dry.(No trails of wet toilet paper on the ground, like at other pools often times.) There are plenty of lifeguards at all times, and they actually seem to pay good attention to the whole pool. I’ve seen them call out running, hanging on the lane rope, and general horseplay. There is plenty of seating, with reclining beach loungers, tables with chairs, bleachers, and a nice grassy area also. Notes: –Plenty of free parking. –No in-and-out privileges, make sure you bring everything that you need from the car.

First off my review is based off of the ‘dogs’ swim day… They allows all breeds of dogs during Oct to come and swim before the pool is drained and cleaned. I love it: there are so many dogs and people having a great time. The staff is friendly and the site is well maintained and clean… Love it…

I HATE this effing pool b/c it is not reliable with it’s posted hours on the website nor is it consistent with what the answering machine says. I first started going here last summer. Last year I bought a season card for $ 35 and you get 20 lap swim passes. At least 5 times last summer they were not open for lap swim either due to maintenance, swim meets, or whatever other shit they do there. It’s a waste of time… you drive all the way out there and find they’re closed. Apparently there isn’t enough money to update the city website nor update the answering machine. I have left over unused punches and wanted to use them this summer.(This year it is$ 50 for a 20 punch card) I head out today and there’s another effing swim meet. I’m so pissed at those f*#(#$@! Save yourself some money, time, gas, and fustration and find somewhere else to do your lap swim. Also, beware of the kids that swim during rec swim hours. Some will try to steal your stuff… a kid tried to steal my towel cuz he couldn’t find his own… I yelled at him it was mine and he left it alone… thug.
