Paleo say whaaaat? I don’t eat Paleo. I don’t juice regularly. BUT I do enjoy tasty and healthy food and good, fresh juice. So when I saw the 3 Day Peel’d Paleo Juiced Up Program, I was highly intrigued. First off, I knew I liked Peel’d juices already, that was already in the bag. Secondly, I’d been wanting to try Fork Lifter Food Truck meals for awhile, just never pulled the trigger. So when Peel’d advertised a 3 Day program for $ 99. I decided to go for it. Each day you’d receive: 1 Protein Smoothie 2 Fresh cold-pressed juices 1 Paleo Meal I am somewhat picky and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to adjust the meals and juices with the things I didn’t like. But after a quick email to Peel’d they assured me I could adjust anything they offer. After I read that email, I quickly signed up for the program. I told them no bananas, mushrooms, or almond milk. And that’s exactly what I got. Since I didn’t do much research, I was a little lost. I thought the $ 12 delivery fee was for one day, NOPE — it’s for the entire length of the program. Fail on my part, I had to pick it up two of the three days. They were nice enough to drop it off at my work on the 2nd day. This isn’t a cleanse and they assume you will consume more foods while you are on this program, however, they equip you with plenty of information via emails, to prepare, get through, and sustain a healthier lifestyle of eating. They take into consideration you will probably be working out and do not encourage you to only eat what is provided in this meal. Peel’d’s attention to detail is insane. From the detailed emails, to the FB support group, to the actual product. They are quality from the start, I would do this again, but most likely once a month or every other month. As for the juices and meals, please visit my blog post for the detailed breakdown: . Here is a quick synopsis: The juices were amazing, I liked every single one of them. There is one flavor I received every single day, but I’m not sure if that’s the norm or not. Their smoothies weren’t my fave, but that could be a texture thing. Since they didn’t have almond milk in them, they used coconut milk and dates for protein. They weren’t awful, they just weren’t my fave, at all. The food was awesome. I was finally able to try cauliflower like Pinterest shows me — via rice and mashers, both of which were delicious! Everything was filling, easy to cook, and something I wish I could eat every day! Sadly, I’m livin’ that baller-on-a-budget lifestyle these days! I love livin’ the faux healthy living lifestye every once in awhile!
