Pizza Hut

When you call they ALWAYS put you on hold right away. Also very skimpy on cheese, even when you ask for extra cheese.

Went to this place on Fourth of July and it was terrible. I ordered online and by the time I got there, the pizza still wasnt ready which is okay but then I had to wait another 30 mins for my pizza which is not okay, considering I ordered ahead online! Also, this place is VERY UNSANITARY. They make the pizzas without gloves!!! That’s gross, regardless if they wash their hands or not, I don’t understand how they directly make the pizza without gloves. When I asked, «Aren’t you supposed to use gloves while you make the pizzas?», the employee responded «Sometimes.» What is that even supposed to mean??? Do you sometimes wash your hands as well? Either you use gloves or don’t. Not just when you feel like it. Also, while mentioning this to the employees, one of them started laughing and smiling as if it were funny which is highly disrespectful to me. This place does not value customer service whatsoever. It explains why there was a ‘NOW HIRING’ sign in the front, because the employees here are horrible!!! Will not be recommending or returning here.

It had been a long time since I had any pizza from Pizza Hut, but then I was treated to one from here and it was delicious. Deep-​dish, cheese, lots of sauce with great flavor, on a perfect crunchy chewy crust. That is why I returned there to get another one the following week. Unfortunately, the second time was a great disappointment.
We walked in and I placed my take-​out order and paid. The clerk asked would we care for some water to drink while we waited and I said, «Yes, that would be nice.»
It would have been nice, only then she waited on the next customer and the next, while I stood there waiting, until I got tired and went to sit down on the bench across from the counter. She finished with the customers that had come in after us, but never did bring us any water or ask anyone else to get it for us.
That was not so disappointing as when we got the pizza home and found the sauce to be imperceptible and therefore the pizza was without much flavor.
I was surprise by the lack of sauce, because as I had ordered, I said to her that what I liked about the pizza we had previously was how much sauce it had; but that did not get translated into a pizza this time with enough sauce to be able to see and taste, and also the crust lacked the crunchiness and caramelization of the one we had before and was instead just chewy and kind of dry.
I give them two stars and not one, only because the first pizzas from there was good. Had this been my first experience I would not have returned.

Worst time ordering a pizza. Ordered online, they called and said that they had some issues with our order (left a voicemail). Tried calling them back, and NOPE, sorry, their stupid line doesn’t have anyone THAT ANSWERS. It goes to a recorded message that says that there isn’t a mailbox, and then it HANGS UP ON YOU. Screw this pizza hut. Horrible.

Cravings ruined. Pizzas were undercooked and service was horrible. I was really hoping for a «prove me wrong» outcome but they’re really who and what everyone says about them. Waste of time and money.

I came here because it was on the way home. So I came here with my two friends and we ordered my favorite, the Stuffed Crust Pizza. So 10 – 15 minutes after being seated, our pizza arrived along with the plates. Two out of three of the plates they gave us was dirty covered with specks of tomato sauce and some unknown black dots. The pizza bread was thin and tasted okay.
After eating, we asked for a to-​go box and the female worker just ignored us. We went up to the counter and asked again and she finally gave us a to-​go box.
Overall, this place is okay.

This place gave me food poisoning!!!
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with cheese stuffed crust (I thought it’d be good. It’s even good on frozen pizzas!) and it was the nastiest shit in the world!!! I asked for ranch and they gave me the nastiest ranch in a small little packet. When I ate the pizza and ranch together, it tasted equivalent to some dog shit. Fucking gross!!! I got food poisoning soon after. Not sure if it was from the disgusting ranch, gross undercooked pizza, or both. I threw up profusely for the next two days, sick as a damn dog. Felt like suing the pants off this ghetto Pizza Hut. Never come here please! I’ve never had food poisoning in my life before, but this pizza is so damn disgusting it managed to give it to me!!! This place is a toilet that needs to be flushed!!!

I’ll never order here again, dumb management and dumb workers.
I order a simple 3 topping large pizza that was sent to me as a deal for being sub to pizza hut lovers, I even have an on line account from which I made several purchases. So I order the pizza on my tablet. Then I hop in the shower, it was for carryout so I figure i can go pick it up after, tell Me why these idiots sent in an email confirmation telling me my pizza will be ready at 810 pm. When I arrive the stupid worker pulls my receipt and tell me they didn’t make my pizza because her boss called my home and left a message, seriously why in the world would you have order on line if you have to end up using a phone, then why in the world would you send me a confirmation email telling me my meal would be ready at a certain time if you had not intentions of making it, and who would wastes their time one a Friday night order a pizza less then ten bucks. Then the dumb worker tells me well we can make the order but it will be an hour. What the fuk I was about to blow the hell up for their stupidity, cut the on line off maybe some people don’t have phones and that why they order on line. But its obvious that the management and employee at this pizza hut on Franklin and florin in Sacramento California are dumb lazy and shout be shut down, stupid stupid stupid. Good pizza but stupid people, people that make you want to hop over the counter for their stupid sarcasm

Must’ve came on a good night. After reading the reviews on this place, I was wondering if I should even order from here, but f**k it let’s see. I called in my order @ 6:40pm & they told me it would be ready in 20min. Arrived @ 7:10 & noticed other people mad as hell, waiting for their orders, so seeing this I knew I was in trouble… WRONG! My pizza was ready & hot. One lady stated «how he get his pizza before us» the worker reply… Because he called his order in & didn’t just show up! Haha you damn right I did.

This pizza hut is pretty bad, I always have to wait forever just to get them to answer the phone and when they do I’m on hold for several minutes. This last time I went was just too much though. Ordered some wings and when I get there they say their out of the flavor I ordered. I don’t understand why they wait until im there to tell me. And then I asked if they called me and the cashier says «yes». There’s no missed calls on my phone. So on top of everything they lie straight to my face. If I could rate zero stars I would !

The tables are broken ordered my pizza over the phone said it would be ready at 4:00 and arrived to be told its going to be 10 – 15 minutes longer!!! For reals! Sad, sad

Walked in, placed order, greeted friendly, food delivered to table, tasted fantastic! Service very friendly and pizza was cooked exactly how we like it, price was right; Left, happy campers! Who could ask for more?

Reeaallyy bad service. A bunch of the workers just ignored us and those who did help did it as a last priority and seemed hassled if you asked a question. No take home menus or even in store menus other than one small one at the counter that we couldn’t even look at it while waiting. The workers seemed to hate being there and so did we. Only went for the $ 10 for any pizza deal… that turned out to not be any pizza… Not comin’ back!

Placed my order at 740pm, and was told it will be ready by 8pm. Get to the place at 805 & AFTER I pay for my food they tell me that my food is just now going in the oven! They said my order was taken by a call center in another state, and can not guarantee the wait time. Mind you at the same time, there are 5 employees working w/​no name badges giggling & laughing not worrying about the 15 ppl waiting in the lobby.
By far my worst pizza experience ever, and I will not be returning! It is now 35 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready… and I’m still waiting! I will be calling their owner asap!
When I asked the employee about how they are dealing with their service… he said he didn’t know what to say, with a smile on his face! He obviously didn’t care. Pizza hut needs to do a better job at who they employ!

This is my first time here. I haven’t even left yet and my first thought is Unilocal, they are so rude!
First, they do a confirmation call. I ordered the pizza online and nothing told me to expect a confirmation call. I left my house as soon as the order was in because I live 15 minutes away. I didn’t want my pizza to get cold. Miss the call, don’t get your pizza. I get all the way here to have the girl tell me that they hadn’t made my pizza and that I could reorder it now if I want. It’ll take 10 minutes. Ya right! 20 minutes later and I’m still here.
Lots of people here now and one after another they are all getting the same attitude. And Another customer that has to reorder. Bogus.
The one woman, who I think is in charge, Rochelle her name tag says… So rude that I don’t even bother to complain about the sloppy looking woman with the snappy attitude handling all the customers. She actually complained in front of the customer to the other worker that she just spent 14 minutes working on their order. Really? And who’s fault is that. Naturally after all that work she took a break… with a line out the door.
I’ll drive across town to another pizza hit next time I’m craving it. I wanted pizza not attitude.
So, I started this review on my phone and now I am finishing it at home. I had originally given the store 1 star but now that I have a piece of pizza in front of me I had to change it to 2 stars. This pizza is so good. So much better than I remember. The crust is fluffy and delicious and the bread sticks are so buttery.
YUM. But I’ll still go to another one next time. Customer service is important to me and they are seriously lacking.

Liars and thieves at this location. «Shay» identified herself as Manager on Duty. Then Anthony said he was. I was refused the name and phone number of the Regional Manager. 45 minutes for an online order?! Jerks
