Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery from here and when the guy gets here he wouldn’t give me the pizza because I didn’t have the card I paid for it with me. He made me wait 10mins for him to call his manger 3 times just to tell me I can’t have my pizza and he’ll have to issue me a refund. It doesn’t make sense that you wouldn’t give me the pizza after its already made and all the materials were wasted making it. I’m so upset and I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

If I could give it no stars and write a review I would. Terrible service, I’ve never had to wait 2hrs for delivery after 9pm. They told me the time would take 2 hrs and would be here at 926pm at 940 I called to inquire the status of my order and I was told it should be on its way and the driver just probably got stuck in traffic. Now let’s take a moment and review that it’s after 9pm and there is no traffic also its only a 6 min drive. I called back 30mins later inquiring once again only to be told the order should have been canceled because they were out of pasta and this after I called the 1^st time which was when they should have told me.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I placed an online order at 3:30 and was supposed to get delivery at 4:06. We called at 4:15 to see where our pizza was and the driver didn’t even leave yet. We got our pizza close to 4:45 and it was extremely cold. I purchased pizza for my coworkers and barely ate any of it. We called to maybe get a credit for another day because we didn’t have time to wait for another pizza. No wonder this place only has two stars.

Hadn’t had take out; delivery pizza in a solid year or more so when it was decided we’d have a pizza treat delivery night I looked online for the nearest Pizza Hut. Why? Because I love their ‘pan’ style crust, meaty and veggie toppings and constant sales and coupons.
Ordered online tonight using one of their «Deals» on their website: Any size pizza with 5 toppings for $ 12. Delivery was and additional $ 3.75 and well worth it plus it’s a Friday night and you couldn’t pay us to leave the house on a Friday night during rush hour traffic on Fulton Avenue.
Order was supposed to be delivered as per the
site within 1 hour and 19 minutes so at 1 hour and 10 minutes into the wait I phoned in pre-​emptively to check on the status of it as in all fairness I’m now rather OCD and have to check on the status of things just to ensure they are rolling along as they should, at any rate I learned that our pizza was ready to roll yet unable to be delivered as they were awaiting the return of a delivery employee as they were slamming busy.
Here’s what got me. All I did was ask how long it would be for our pizza’s to be delivered as I realized it was going to be past the time the ‘internet’ ordering system stated it would be.
I did so politely none the less and without bitching the gal who answered the phone went and spoke with the manager Anna who immediately came onto the phone and sincerely apologized for the wait and immediately offered me a 20% discount off of our current order due to the inconvenience and wait time. I hesitate to put this information into this review as unfortunately entirely too many people suck and I could totally see people abusing this excellent customer service yet I feel compelled to document it as I’ve had serious issues over the past 3 years with Pizza Huts across California and few have truly stepped up like this location did tonight.
Pizza was delivered shortly there after, was still warm and fresh with the crust nice and crispy chewy. Our 12 year young daughter, my husband and myself found it delicious and fresh! Also want to mention that the website for ordering now offers free embellishments on their crusts which you can customize your pizza with. I went with the Hut Favorite which ended up being a buttery, herby garlicky basting of the crust which got 5 stars across the board in this house tonight.
I truly cannot complain and had my faith in the business sector and its leadership rather renewed tonight…

Super friendly service staff. Really works well with customers. The food is decently priced. I would come here often to enjoy their pizza and wings

Worst manager I have ever dealt with. I don’t know where she got her skills, but it was not at any professional school that I can imagine even exists on this earthly plane. I have been in food service for over 30 years, and I have never met someone with attitude and rudeness as bad as hers. My son had to use the restroom, and she said directly that he could not, even though it was obvious that it was available. I had just shelled out some hard-​earned money for a pizza that I would discover would be woefully short of what I expected.
Not only that, but the restaurant itself is disgusting, starting with the windows, which are coated in dust and greasy fingerprints which have obviously been accumulating for months, if not years. I suggest that if you are in the mood for a pizza, go elsewhere-​this neighborhood has at least three incredibly wonderful pizza joints within a mile of this poor excuse for a restaurant. I’m reporting this roach shack to the corporate office-​If I were her boss, she’d be out on the street tonight. In today’s day and age, such a gross disgusting place shouldn’t even have the right to open it’s doors for business. Obviously, the owners are asleep at the wheel. Too bad. I’d love to open my own joint in their location. At least, parents of youngsters wouldn’t have to worry about an idiot manager saying no to their requests to use the restroom.

Ordered pizza online. Informed pizza would be delivered in 2 hours and 40 minutes. Called and finally spoke to manager. She said they were short handed and time from pizza order to delivery was taking up to 3 hours. Told her to cancel my order. This is NO WAY fror any pizza company to operate. Especially Pizza Hut! For shame :-(

Ordered through the app only to be called almost 30 min later and told they don’t deliver to my street after all. Then after saying that’s fine and cancel my order or trying to save it the girl just hung up on me as I asked another question. Come to find out she called from her personal phone. Then after not answering my call back she finally called. Asked to speak to manager or for franchise number said she was the general manager and could give me corporate. She was snotty and rude. I know food service is stressful but it was unnecessary since you made these decisions way late and hung up in my face before I finished talking. I will be leaving this review as well as well as corporate but the rude behavior of a general manager.

I wonder why this store got 2 star on reviews. My first time order online I selected deal 2 Medium for $ 6.99 each when I got my food deliver on the ticket shown one for $ 10.50 and other one $ 11.75. I called to the store and Terisha got a very bad attitude on the phone. She told me to call in the morning because the manager not in duty!!! Are you serious? What happened if anyone got trouble with customers and no manager not there to help out! She said I might select on the deal but doesn’t show on store order. Did you see the the total before you place an order? Really rude for customers service. You shouldn’t be working there if you don’t know how to politely handle customers.

Did the online ordering that was suppose to take 15 – 20 mins… Ended up taking about 45 mins instead.
To be honest they were very polite about the mistake and very sincere in their apology so I give them 4 stars in their customer service that made up for the very poor quality in their efficiency in delivering their product in time.
From observation, this establishment seemed very under staffed which explained why food took so long to come out. Better luck next time around.

Long story short, we ordered through their website which told us our food would take 15 – 20 minute. We arrived and found that the workers made a mistake. We ended up waiting for awhile.
We complained to who i believe was the manager. She personally apologized for the mistake. And we didn’t escalate the situation. She was super grateful that we were calm & understanding. I assume they get a lot of unsatified/​rude customers… Anyways, mistakes happen & the manager really made up for it in the end. We were happy & satisfied with what we got. 4-​stars for being professional about the mistake, handling the situation well & providing good customer service.

Pizza not delivered —
Really disappointed in this Pizza Hut location. I ordered pizza online at 8:28 pm, received an email that my pizza would be delivered by 9:43 pm. Prior to this, my order had always arrived earlier than quoted.
At 9:51 pm I called the store and was assured that my order had been dispatched and would be delivered in 20 minutes.
I called back at 10:17 pm, the person on the phone expressed surprised that my order hadn’t arrived and said she would find out where my food was. I rang back 1 last time at 10:38 pm to cancel my order. Sorry but no pizza is worth waiting over 2 hours.
Very disappointing.

For those writing negative reviews with expectations like ‘the crust always tastes bad’ or ‘they don’t give a rat’s ass’… remember this: it’s PIZZA HUT. Pizza Hut, as everyone should know, is a shitty pizza chain reserved for those nights when you really have no other food choice. Maybe you’re drunk, maybe you’re lazy… whatever the reason. It’s a place to go to when you have a coupon, a last resort, a place saved for those days you’re craving something extra greasy. This is not five-​star dining… keep your expectations low, and these guys just might surprise you.
With that said, I had a great experience ordering delivery from this location. I placed my order online and within 30 minutes, it was in my hands. And I knew it was 30 minutes, because after I placed the order, a 30 minute countdown clock appeared on my screen… and I actually watched it to see if the delivery guy would show up within that time frame. And he did! The pizza was decent, the service was decent. I would definitely order from this location again.

I’m really surprised at all the negative reviews. By far the best Pizza Hut I have ordered from. Food is always great. They are usually early. Very consistent. I’m not sure why people are writing negative reviews, again.
They also deliver a high level of customer service. They called me to ask me if I wanted a different wing because I ordered 12 of 1 kind and they only had 11. Who does that? Most chain restaurants would just have sent me 11 and said deal with it.
I hope everyone else has my experience with this specific Pizza Hut.

I’m surprised by all of the negative review here, I love Pizza Hut. Their pizza is by no means gourmet but it does the job. This location in particular has yet to do me wrong. I usually order delivery and they make it pretty easy.
The employees are usually helpful and patient. They usually know the current deals pretty well and it’s nice because they change so often that I can never keep up.
Prices are fair. They have good deals. Since I order delivery, I usually have to pay an extra $ 4 or so but I know I’m paying for the conscience factor in addition to gas and maintenance on the drivers car (which is their own car) so I really don’t mind paying it.
The location is in an area that is mehhh, not so great. I wouldn’t go alone at night. Limited parking during the day.
On a whole, I’ve always had a pretty decent experience here. I don’t really have any complaints. My food is always warm and greasy goodness. You get what you pay for.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve always had a good experience with this location, thankfully. The customer service is moderately friendly, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for pick-​up, my order has always been correct (open up the box and look, duh!), and the stuffed crust is always tasty. This Pizza Hut seems to remain busy throughout the day, so it doesn’t surprise me that people complain about a 1 – 2 hour delivery time. Here’s a suggestion: GO PICK IT UP YOURSELF. ;)

I have had this Pizza Hut location two times now. I work right around the corner so its easy to walk over and grab something quick. I figure Pizza Hut is like a small upgrade from Life Ceasars pizza but both times I have ordered from them, the pizza has been really good. This time I also got breadsticks, which are a little hard but not too bad. The online thing said my order would be ready around 7:28pm, and although it was Sunday football, I was out of there by 7:32pm. There were quite a few people that were there waiting for their orders and were very impatient.
The manager has always been nice to me as well, customer service people are nice too. It does get a little too busy for them to fully keep up though.
I’ll come back :) I work near them four to six times a week.

I’ve had Pizza Hut at many locations, but this was the worst one yet!
We ordered two pan crust delivered pizzas and we received a not so thick pizza. We were already starving because we didn’t eat all day. We called them and they said that they ran out of large pan crust pizza so they used dough from a regular pizza.
They told us that we can come back and they will make us a new pizzas using the pan crust dough from a different size pizza to make our large pan crust pizza.
Not only did they mess with out order, but we had to drive there to pick up the pizza. When we first checked the pizza it looked fine, but when we got home the crust went flat.
We did not receive any type of refund for the messed up order.

Ordered online for delivery, expected to have a 45 min wait but ended up saying 2 ½ hrs. I was fine with that because I already planned for a long wait. Little over an hour of waiting I called just to see if it was accurate for another hour and the guy tells me that they don’t deliver to my neighborhood! I live literally within a mile of the location. He actually tells me that they tried to call and couldn’t get ahold of me and asked my area code. Idiot, the number is on my order… I’m sure you tried calling!!! Horrible service.
I’ve ordered for pick up before as well and the pizza is ok.
Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.
