I bought a gold Chenxi watch from online that had special«Rolex» bands. I needed to adjust the bands because I have a small wrist. I took it to my local watch shop near my house and the watch store owners told me they don’t specialize the particular band. They referred me to go to Macy’s or Nordstrom. The next day on the same weekend, I ventured to Arden Mall. I went to the Macy’s and was quickly dismissed because apparently Macy’s don’t have a watch repair department. I went around the smaller jewelry shops in the mall, they all looked at them and gave me the news that they don’t know how to deal with my watch bands. They all referred me to Precision Time. As soon as I got upstairs and found the store, I was quickly greeted by their watch repair specialist. She took at look at my watch and told me that she knew how to specialize the type of bands that my watch had and gave me a fair price of $ 20 and said she could finish fixing my watch in 15 minutes. She also told me that I could get free washing and battery replacement for the next 5 years for an additional $ 20. I looked at it as if pretty much I could extend my watch’s warranty for 5 more years. I took it for the offer. Due to the convenience, my dad wanted to support the shop some more. He saw a watch he really liked and asked what the price for it. The watch lady was quick to get the watch out for us and tell us the price. I ended up buying the watch for my dad, and with the $ 20 «five-year warranty» as well. Very well satisfied with the store’s service!

I’ve actually brought various watches(Casio, Seiko, Witnauer, Gucci, and now Tag Heuer) in to Precision Time at Arden Mall to replace batteries and adjust band sizes over the years. We’ve never had any problems so we’d definitely come back. They are under staffed so if you come in when they’re busy you may have to wait a bit but it is worth it since prices are decent and staff are always helpful and friendly. I lucked out this past week. When I got here I was the only customer in the store. I spoke to Robert over the phone before heading out since I wanted to make sure they were familiar with Tag Heuer watches. He showed me exactly how to remove the crown from my Formula 1 watch(Mr. Expert since he himself had a similar one to mine) so that I could change the date and time if needed. He even resized the band right in front of me. At this time there were about 6 customers who came in so it got packed in there pretty fast. He was so helpful and patient with all my questions; he got me out of there in less than 5 minutes. Happy customer again!

Came here to get my new watch resized. This is the first time I’ve ever had it done. The lady here was very nice. We went to Nordstrom originally to get it resized but was told they couldn’t do it because we didn’t buy it from their store so they gave us a 20% off coupon for precision time. It knocked the price down to around $ 25 to resize my invicta watch. I’m super happy!

Prices were to high for my taste but lady seemed knowledgable. They do offer service plans that would be more beneficial for someone from the area but I’m just passing through looking for a battery replacement. FYI the cost to just replace battery and gasket is about 15 $. I would be more willing at around 12 $

I went in for a simple battery replacement on my watch. When I get my watch back they have scratched the back, leaving a sharp edge on the back of the watch and they, for some unknown reason, removed the crystal and then replaced it incorrectly so there were now gaps between the edge of the face of the watch and the crystal(which was not perfectly round). I brought this to their attention and they said they would have to send it out for repair. They keep my watch for a month and a half and when I get it back, the crystal has been replaced properly but the face of the watch was not cleaned prior to replacing the crystal and now it has dust and stuff in it. They also did not repair the sharp edge on the back of the watch where they opened it to replace the battery(which, by the way, cost $ 15). I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Dropped my watch off to be fixed February 14th and still have not received it back. The last update was June 9th and it says still waiting for parts, no one answers the phone. It cost me $ 305 to fix the watch not including the deposit I had to pay. I’m out $ 305 and a 2300 watch. No one has any answers for me and will not give me my watch or my money back. Never go to this place to fix your watch.

My dad dropped my watch off on June 29th and opted for the 5 year warranty battery replacement which included cleaning, pressurized re-sealing, and other services such as change band, size links, etc. The 5 year warranty came up to a pricey $ 75, which is fine if the service was done properly. Upon picking up the watch(left one week), I was in a hurry but asked the worker there what the five year included, and she again stated what i have mentioned above. When inspecting the watch, I noticed it wasn’t cleaned, and came back dirty. So I called and asked why it was still dirty, and excuses came that she wasn’t the one that handled the watch, with an attitude and said«Well, if you want to come here, I’ll clean it for you.» DUUHHH!!! I ALREADYPAIDFORTHATSERVICE. For a service worth $ 75 the place should have had my watch ready, with what was stated in their list. Someone should have made sure that it was done properly, regardless of who was supposed to do what. I had to come back, inconveniencing me, and not a word was said for the inconvenience. My dad even recommended this place to me, but was short of anything expected, for such an expensive price.

Time is a concept, and this is a store for time-pieces. The small store in Arden Faire mall sells watches, arrayed in cases and of various prices, but my experience with the store is coming in to get repairs of a minor sort, which are usually quick, solid work, and pricey, but not so much so that I stop coming here. I take no great pleasure in coming here, but I also don’t dislike it and do it when I need a new battery or watchband or other such minor repair. The staff is usually very friendly, and they fix whatever the issue is pretty quickly.

Dropped off a watch for clasp repair. I returned to pick it up, and was told the repair would be $ 27, as was quoted at drop off. The problem was that the clasp was in better condition than when I dropped it off, but still not functioning perfectly. When asked what could be done to better the operation, I was told that the person who performed the repair wasn’t in today and that I would have to return tomorrow. Confused, I asked why I would need to come back to the mall on account of someone else’s day off. I was given the runaround and told that it might need to be sent out. I said, «no problem. Let’s take care of whatever paperwork we need to do if it needs to be sent out, and if it does, send it out, and I won’t have to come back to the mall to sign a piece of paper.» I was told that wouldn’t work because they would need to take payment information. At this point, I left frustrated, and took the watch to Nordstrom, where they took care of me in perfect Nordstrom fashion. Here’s my question: why couldn’t they have sent the watch out, and have me pay when I pick it up? They have the watch as collateral, after all. I suppose I could have suggested this course of action, but it’s not my job to tell this guy how to save a deal. Thanks, Nordstrom’s!

Great selection of watches. Nordstrom gave me a coupon for 20% off band sizing. It still would have cost $ 26 just to remove two links on my watch. It only takes 3 minutes to remove the links. Minute Men Watch did it for $ 15, they were fast & careful.

Whether or not anyone gives much attention to a review on a mall watch and accessory store, it’s worth noting that this one doesn’t have a lot to go out of your way for. I’ve been in here twice, and on either occasion the staff has been either overly attentive and too pushy or completely aloof. The place is never crowded and sort of hard to find anyway on the second floor. Their watch selection is decent but pricey and nothing compared to some other stores in the area. What disappointed me most is that they used to carry men’s rings and I was actually on the verge of buying one but they inexplicably returned their inventory. I think they are the only ones in the mall who carried a decently priced ring for men.

My watch battery died and I was in the area so I headed over to Precision Time to get the battery replaced. The worker asked me what the brand of my watch is(it’s a Gucci) and then quoted me $ 59.99 to replace the battery and reseal the waterproof pressure seal. I used to work at Storm of London Watches and know all watches irregardless of brand use the same pressure seal machine to re-pressurize and reseal the water seal liner. What disappointed me further was when I said thanks I’ll have to think about it she responds quickly«Well I can give you a discount — how about $ 47 dollars? That’s the lowest I can go» That sealed the deal… definitely not the people I want handling my watch.

I’ve had 3 – 4 of my watches taken care of here. I’ve never actually purchased a watch here, but they do great work repairing watches and replacing batteries. The manager is super friendly and you can always print coupons online for 20% off battery changes and/or any other services. They have a 5 year warranty on their batteries if you buy the warranty package which is about $ 25 but you can come in anytime within the 5 years and they’ll replace the battery for you if it ever dies. Good customer service, quick repairs, and clean store.

A few weeks ago I dropped my car off for some routine maintenance. With an hour to spare, I decided to head inside Arden Fair and look for a place to have some work done on two watches(one needed resizing and one needed to be tightened up a bit). Luckily I found this place on the upper level near the food court. The man who helped me made polite conversation, was very knowledgeable in the products and services they offered, and with my resizing purchase($ 14, resizing for life with receipt) he adjusted my other watch for free(normally another $ 10). While I waited for the repairs, I looked around a bit. This location has a very nice selection of time pieces, varying from $ 20 to a couple hundred. All of them were amazing pieces of work, especially the Invicta & Citizen selections. I was in and out within five minutes. I’ll definitely return to this location in future for all of my repair needs.
