If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only do the security guards not know how to read posted signs about park hours and the definition of sunset (the sun shouldn’t still be in the sky), the call center has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
If you are in need of a security company, this is definitely one to take a pass on – there are others out there much easier to work with.
Negative 5 stars would be a fair rating.
