It’s the best halal pizza hands down. I drive here from Napa sometimes just for pizza. If someone’s willing to drive an hour 15 to 20 for pizza. That’s saying something

Never let me down. Always good pizza. Area might be poor. Doesn’t make the people bad for being poor. Food makes up for the area easily. Well worth it.

Pizza here is real good I went here with my girlfriend a few days ago just because we were hungry and didn’t want fast food but wanted to take something home the location of the place isn’t the best so we under estimated the pizza place. Point being pizza was great, would I recommend it? heck yes. And the price will keep you on your budget

Was looking for a different and non-chain pizza place and found this one on Unilocal.Love that it’s right down the street from me! Had no expectations for the place because it’s really hard to mess up pizza(even if you make it at home). We ordered 2 medium pizzas and it was great! I am a pizza fiend so pretty much anything remotely resembling pizza will get a chance with me lol. They really were good though! My picky 9 year old and 32 year old(my husband) agreed as well. This place is definitely going on the to return to list!

This was a surprise. Locally owned in what seems to be a economically challenged part of town, this pizza is outstanding. They have halal options if that’s your thing and the chicken tikka pizza is the bomb. Nothing wrong with the standard combo/pepperoni options and the value for the area is very good. The service was decent and the seating area while small was clean and bright Mind what i said about the neighborhood. It’s not dangerous necessarily but it is terribly poor. I do note that all the small businesses have bars and some have security guards. I don’t think that’s all for show. If you show up in a new fancy car dressed in slacks you are going to stick out in a big way. All the more credit to the owners for making very serious pizza business in such an environment.

Delicious, well prepared food! Only pizza I order from, even though it’s a 25 min drive for me. Great customer service too, always greeted with a smile. I’d recommend the combo pizza with the hot wings. I’m eating their pizza as I write this review and my taste buds are extremely satisfied.

5.99 for small three topping pizza and soda lunch special. Can’t beat that good halal pizza.

I’ve been eating their pizza since I was a teenager! Good, cheap pizza. I think it’s changed owners in the last few years, but the quality of the food hasn’t changed!

Huge surprise. Got a large pepperoni pizza because an ad was left on my door. The price was good so we tried it. Every part of the meal was good. They obviously make all the dough in house. Soft, fluffy, delicious. Really recommend the cheese bread.

My boy and I drove from SoCal to Sacramento to visit UC Davis. Long drive, two hungry guys, Holiday Inn Express. Piping hot pizza and wings delivered in 25 minutes. We both agreed that it was very good pizza. Eight wings and an XL pizza(½ cheese/bacon and ½ pepperoni/sausage) for about 25 bucks. Not too shabby. We’re here for two more nights, so anything could happen.

One of my favorite pizza joints in the region. Also, love that their meats are halal(similar to kosher and considered humanely slaughtered). Their Chicken Tikka and Chicken Garlic are amazing!

This was my first time ordering pizza from here. I found a coupon flyer on my door, so I thought I would give them a try. They had a coupon for a large 3 topping pizza for only $ 11.99. Super cheap, so I couldn’t pass the deal up. I have to say the pizza was delicious. Honestly, one of the best pizza crusts I have had. The toppings were fresh and they don’t skimp on the toppings. They pile them on. The service was very fast too. It took less than 10 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I picked up my pizza. Very fast service and friendly! They also have a medium 3 topping pizza with a soda for only 5 bucks on the weekdays but you do need their coupon. This will be my new pizza spot in Sacramento from now on.

Fantastic value for lunch! I got a small chicken and garlic pizza and a Coke for $ 5. The pizza was good quality, had a nice proprortion of toppings and came out piping hot. I was very pleased.

They are serving some pretty good pizza at the Red Runner. Not only good pizza but some good value as well. Ordered their lunch special(One small pizza and a soda) for $ 4.99. The pizza has 4 good size slices and they did not skimp on the toppings. Ordered the Hawaiian and it was loaded with pineapple and ham. The red sauce was sweet and worked really well. They have two tables for in house dining.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Perfect for all HALAL eaters. Halal meat lovers or Hawaiian are my favorites from here. Wings and garlic bread ALWAYS on point. I try to come once a week or two to indulge this great pie. All the workers are nice and friendly.

Horrible service. I used to love this place. I tried to order a pizza a month ago. I mean tried because the guy hung up on me as I was trying to order. I called back and he picked up then quickly hung up. At that point I decided they didn’t deserve someone’s business. A week later my sister orders a party size pizza. It was cold and poorly constructed. All around terrible. So terrible I’d sit down and type this as I eat Ricos pizza.

Yet another bland pizza place. I was hoping that when I moved to Sacramento that at least SOME of the pizza places that weren’t big chains would also make good tasting food. However, once more, the likes of Pizza Hut and Round Table and the like are in no danger of being dethrowned, because this was just plain bland. The cheese had no flavor to it, and the sauce was weak. Arden Arcade has a lot of perks, but evidently you need to be careful when choosing a restaurant around here. I’ll be sticking with the big names for now. Say what you will about the downsides of big, corporate business, but at least chain pizza restaurants know how to make good food, and at better prices to.

Based on the reviews I decided to check Red Runner out, big mistake! Maybe I came on a bad day but the 2 pizzas I order were not worth the $ 30.00 I spent. The crust was so inconsistent parts of the went from being thick to paper thin, the pizza was cut awkwardly and they were very skimpy on the toppings and burnt on some areas. Don’t think I ordering from them anytime soon. The only tasty part of the pizza was the garlic sauce, that’s what the stars are for. Staff wasn’t very friendly either.
