Rex Halverson is hands-​down the person you need to handle your tax matters, especially in the current climate where every little loophole can potentially topple you. Rex knows California tax law like no other and he was able to help us navigate the tricky waters of California tax law and manage our finances in a way that we wouldn’t have otherwise. His advice was valuable both for us as individuals and for our business and his knowledge was expansive from a local level, state wide and internationally. We were also impressed with his integrity, which for a lawyer seems like a double-​entendre but he is upstanding and that in and of itself is enough for us!
