So obviously used to work for the company unless things have drastically changed I should still be familiar with some of the rules. We order pizza often from here and I don’t complain when my order is wrong but my son can’t eat red sauce which we didn’t and never order. The extra cheese I ordered like I do everytime didn’t happen and when I called to get a remake I was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. Considering it’s raining outside I don’t want to keep taking my son and having to drive back mind you no apology and a lot of attitude from mallory. After being put on hold and not only inconvenienced for driving back and having to wait longer it is now 653. We haven’t eaten and now we are returning the pizza for a refund. Considering the website I couldn’t just write this on slice maybe they don’t have it anymore who knows? Point is to pay what we do as often as we do then get a pizza that isn’t right and be told they are really busy like I’m the inconvenience. Trust me I get how it can get busy but I never treated my customers the way I was treated tonight.

Historically I’ve had great experiences with this round table and their delivery service. However, tonight was a s*** show. I wanted to treat some fam to pizza. Called and made a special order– as in… adding one item to the Large Wombo Combo with an appetizer of boneless medium flavor wings. Living one mile away and 40 minutes later pizza was delivered. To my surprise it was a medium pep n black olive pizza with garlic twist for an app. Upon realizing I was delivered the wrong order, I called back to inform them of their mistake. I informed the employee of the issue, and the gal asked to place me on a brief hold, the next employee who got on the line asked«will this be for dine in, take out, or delivery» so I had to repeat my issue over, and again I was asked to be placed on a brief hold, and again an employee asked me «will this be for dine in, takeout, or delivery»!! Basically I was asked the same question 3x before I had to ask to speak with a shift manager. Which proves to me no one is communicating my issue. Finally, I spoke with Holly– one of the alleged managers on the clock. I tried to explain what happened and before I could finish she interrupts with«have you eaten the pizza» that was delivered. There was«No sorry, no we will fix this» just a «Have you you eaten the pizza»!!! We had not eaten the pizza. We wanted to eat our Wombo Combo with a zucchini addition. She then said she will have a pizza remade and delivered in exchange for the wrong pizza. No biggy right, but then the next pizza came, and it was a Wombo Combo with no Zucchini or green onions(green onions is an ingredient used in the Wombo Combo). So again this proves to be a communication and customer service disconnect. I then called back and asked specifically for Holly. Once she was on the phone I politely expressed the issue at hand. I let her know the order was incorrect again and that I felt she brushed me off the first time I called. She did not offer to fix the order by removing the $ 2.50 for the zucchini add-on or offer a simple apology. At this point, it’s been over an hour since I’ve ordered my pizza, the fam is starving and I’m frustrated. I asked her for the corporate offices number and was again put on hold. After waiting a few minutes, another alleged manager Zack gets on the phone and once more– takes no steps in rectifying the order. They then had the audacity to provide me with the wrong number to their corporate office! Good thing I have google and common sense! Morale of this long review is: if you make a mistake, own up to it and correct the issue! Because of this experience, round table doesn’t need my business anymore! It was fun while it lasted! Side note: I have always used Unilocal and have had other instances of poor customer service but I usually don’t sweat the small stuff. I’ve been in the service industry a long time so I get s*** happens. However, I felt the need to express my frustration on Unilocal(first time I’ve ever used this app for a complaint). For those of you who read this, Know that I did not want to spend my Friday night complaining over something like this but it bothered me too much to not air how a corporate company like RoundTable chooses to handle a situation that could have easily been resolved. $ 2.50. Don’t break the bank RT. Sincerely, Unhappy Ex RoundTable Customer

good pizza — good service I was here for the lunch buffet with my co-workers. The Pizza staff constantly was putting on new pizzas at the lunch buffet spot, everything was fresh and it tasted great. The salad bar was clean, and was under constant maintenance by the staff to be kept clean.

I called to place a pick up order mind you me and my fiancée are Muslim so it’s against our religion to eat pork. So I tried to place an order for a «Hearty Meat Supreme«pizza but I just wanted them to remove the pork items. They refused saying they cannot alter any specialty pizza. I had explained to them that’s the only pizza they have that has the hamburger meat sauce that me and my man love so much but they would not budge until I talked to the manager who said he would only take off the pork this once but next time he wouldnt. I truly believe this is against the law. He is discriminating against our Muslim beliefs and he is lucky if I don’t sue.

Delicious pizza but they consistently get our delivery order wrong(missing toppings, wrong sauce) and employees do not care to make it right. Shouldn’t be wasting my money at a chain anyway. Will not be ordering from them again.

A pizza buffet should never be out of pepperoni or cheese pizza. You usually can’t get either, at this place. I don’t like all of the fancy schamsy toppings on my pizza. Maybe I complain too much. And a buffet should cater to people that eat everything. But I like the idea of eating $ 20 worth the pizza for $ 8. Just have my pizza. It’s not hard, and when you ask, you get 20 – 25 minutes. Are you serious? I want to eat as much pizza as I can and be gone in 20 minutes. Not wait 20 minutes to get 3, ½ slices.

Very disappointed I went in on my lunch ordered my pizza to go & they said 15mins after 15mins had passed I went up to see if it was ready they said a couple more minutes & they would bring it to me, after several minutes(nearing the end of my lunch) I went back up to the counter & the guy went to look for it then came back with«it came out of the oven but I can’t find it «& offered to remake it but it was time for me to head back to work so they ended up refunding me. Never going back!

Well… I let it slide once. Once thinking maybe I can give this round table another chance. Soooooooo that is not the case. Me and my lovely fiancé ordered a basic meal. How hard can a simple small pepperoni pizza and a order of medium classic wings can be? Pretty flipping difficult if you can ask me. Small pizza was taken care of instantly. Like wow that was fast. Only to be waiting for… wait for it… wait for it… waaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiit for it:(now you know how we felt) The WINGS. Yes the all mighty wings. Which someone else happily got to put in their filthy mouths. Like come on now the store wasn’t even packed. Not only were told we will be remade. They ended only giving us 6 of the 12 and the second batch sucked. Like come on only 4 families were in the store and you can’t handle yourself? Okay now for the best part. when we were given the second batch of wings I asked to speak to the supervisor and she walked right past me! Acted like I wasn’t even there! Needless to day we left but I have never experienced such terrible customers r service in my life. To not even be offered any type of compensation or at least a sincere apology for making us wait. This is absolutely terrible. We will not be going here again.

Worst experience ever. I ordered online and had my receipt with me when I went to pick up my order. That is when I found out it was wrong. The pizza was disgusting. The wings did not have sauce on them, I had to get that on the side. $ 19 for a large, 1 topping? You’ve got to be kidding. That doesn’t even include tax, delivery fee, and tipping the driver. I had heard several people give their pizza praise, but I won’t at this price. I MIGHT understand if their pizza was only rated 5 * with tons of reviews(It’s 3), or 20 inches across(it’s 14, industry standard), or came with 8 generous toppings(nope, just 1). Hey guys, the other pizza places sell a large, 1 topping for $ 12-$ 15. You lost my business before you ever got it. Make your prices competitive. Too bad, because I was excited to try it.

Came here multiple times and every visit there is a surprise inconvenience. Our order is lost, they give us the wrong pizza, or I don’t get the extra sauces I paid for on the side… I don’t know about this place. Mark and Monica’s, we miss you –please reopen!

I visited this location for lunch and ordered their buffalo wings. When I received my order I noticed a piece of hair in it right away. I went up to speak with them about it. I told them I didn’t want the buffalo wings anymore and would like the switch to the pizza buffet and pay the difference. They said I can’t switch since the buffet will be over soon. I asked for a refund. The manager/supervisor came out and gave me a refund. During this entire process no employee/manager ever apologized for having hair in my food. They seemed so indifferent to their customers. I filed a complaint with corporate. A few weeks later I get an email from corporate asking if the this Round Table contacted me regarding my issue. This store never contacted me. It shows how little the employees care when they don’t even bother when corporate tells them to resolve an issue.

This place leaves much to be desired compared to the rancho location. I’ve never been thrilled with the customer service. They could care less about their customers… I asked for a side of sauce because they hardly put any on my pizza and they still asked me to pay for the side of sauce… Really? Nickel and dimers.

«BESTPIZZA-CHAINPIZZA-BUFFET» SIT-REP It IS what it IS, and I don’t rate chains on the same criteria that I rate higher-end, more gourmet restaurants. I also have this made-up self-defined term that comes to mind when I think of pizza chains such as Dominos, Pizza Hut, Godfather’s Pizza, etc.: «SUBURBANPIZZA.» I guess by definition then«ROUNDTABLEPIZZA» would fall into this category. However, at least if it’s suburban pizza, RoundTable is the BEST of the suburban pizza chains, and I’m lucky enough that there is one that is 1-mile north of me and another one 1-mile south of me(this one). THEFARE I actually don’t order whole pies from this Roundtable, nor do I get Pizza-by-the-Slice, as I do in the more downtown locations of Sacramento, San Francisco and Seattle. What I do is drive, ride the bike or catch the bus, and along with my laptop, I combine a power walk with pizza luncheon run and enjoy the mid-day pizza buffet. I LOVE pizza buffets: * They are inexpensive, not costing more than $ 7 – 8 depending on whether I get soda or water * They have an ample supply of pizzas, unlike other places that make you wait for each pizza to come out and devoured by large groups of people, and which shall remain unnamed… oh hell, okay, MOUNTAINMIKE’S is the culprit here. * They have an ample VARIETY of pizzas, though I get tired of seeing pineapple as a topping on pizza. * And even if just rudimentary, there is a nice salad bar that has both lettuce AND spinach(good!) but also unfortunately also macaroni and potato salads(BAD! real BAD for my diet, but GOOD&YUMMY!). * I also go back and forth(on outings) between a side of RANCH or BLUECHEESE dressings to dip my pizza crusts in. «Mechanically-speaking», I like to RIP the crust of the pizza slice first, and then dip it into a dressing like a bread stick. SPECIALEVENTS This particular Round Table also happens to be the favorite pizza-joint of one of my esteemed former co-workers and this establishment lended itself extremely well for a low-cost, yet very tasty«Going On To Retirement Party». There was a great huge crowd because«price» was not an obstacle for people wanted to attend this very happy & emotional event. I have to say that Round Table had ample space, quick service, delicious pizza, salad and drinks, and no restrictive time settings of when we needed to be in and out. We pretty much took over half the restaurant for just the price of lunch for each of us. GOODTIMES. THELOWDOWN All-in-All, PIZZAHUT on KIEFER is a decidedly DECENT solo-pizza experience where I can eat in peace, not rushed and get some wifi-computing
