This little lady is sooooo cute! She had good product and will lay a way if needed with half down. She does not have a lot of product but what she does have is clean and well kept. Her shop is well kept as well and she takes credit cards. I noticed that she has antique stoves that are in the process of being refurbished. They all look great & can easily be sold to that genre. If she had some marketing she could make a mint! Very nice lady with a heart of gold that I would buy an appliance from if I was in the market. This was the second stop with a friend who was I. The market for a fridge. She chose to buy from here. Great choice!

I have purchased appliances from this business multiple times over the last 15 years. One Christmas Eve my stove went out. They came and replaced the stove so they could repair it and then swapped it back once it was repaired. I have never had them miss an appointment like the other review but the 3 times I had issues with the appliances they always came through for me. But I also always deal with the lady. Once when they delivered a fridge which couldn’t fit through the doorway with the fridge doors on it they took the time to remove the door put the fridge in and put the doors back on. I even have done lay-a-way for a stand up freezer. I am and will always be a loyal customer and will continue to refer friends and family.

I called yesterday and explained my issue with my washing machine. The repair man quoted me a price. I thought it was reasonable but explained I would have to call back after my next pay day as it was a little more than I could afford. He shocked me by asking«What can you afford?» I explained what I could swing and he told me he could do a bypass so my issue wouldn’t be an issue, but it wouldn’t be a fix. I thought that was GREAT! I said wow that would work great and thanked him graciously. He explained he could come by that evening and I asked for a next day appointment as I had obligations. He said Ok and we agreed to meet up the next day. After hanging up I realized we did not set a firm time so I called back and spoke with a woman. She relayed my message to the man I had spoke to and the repair man said, «OHYEA, ISTHATTHEGUYWHOCOULDN’T AFFORD A FIX? TELLHIMTOCALLBACKWHENHEHASMOREMONEY.» I politely asked to speak with him. I asked if he really just said the aforementioned and he said«oh, oh, oh… yea we agreed on this price… right, right, right» he quoted my address back to me and said he would be there at 10:30 tomorrow morning.(first red flag) The next morning comes and I arrange for somebody to be at my house, I call my place at 11:30(an hour after my appointment and second red flag) and he had not shown up nor called. So I call him, he forgot. He said he would be to my place within the hour. After an hour and a half goes by, I call him again, he does not answer. The lady at the shop was able to get a hold of him and he called me and said he had an emergency that came before me,(didn’t bother to call me t o let me know he would be late) and he was on his way to my house, he would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. An hour later, I contacted him and cancelled the appointment. Poor business practice; I am a neighbor to the company and have been in the neighborhood a short time. I would have been a loyal customer to this shop had they of followed through with their commitment. That was not the case… Please beware.
