Ken has been servicing several generations of our family for many years. Our grandmother referred us to Ken back in the early nineties and believe me there is no one who could fool her on a product or service. She wouldn’t consider taking her car to anyone else.
Our Mom and brother use him exclusively for all of their cars also. Again after a couple of decades they won’t let anyone else touch their vehicles.
Ken is honest, experienced, knowledgeable and his prices are more than reasonable and fair. He explains the problems and solutions very clearly and has always finished the work in the time he estimated.
My wife and I try to use small businesses in our Rancho neighborhood as much as possible. Ken’s shop is a further drive for us, but we found that it is worth it and we will become frequent customers.

I took my 13 year old Suburban to Ken with what I thought was just a bad a/​c compressor. It turned out to be most of the a/​c system was shot. Ken was very professional and thoroughly explained and showed us what parts failed and where. Although we aren’t mechanics, we felt we understood what went wrong. A very professional experience. He even cleaned the engine up! He also advised us of the next things that need to be taken care of. Changed the oil and just babied it! I would definitely recommend Sacramento Auto Tech! The price was fair and the service was superior!

I took my car to Ken for a break problem. It made excessive nose every time I applied the break pedal. He orders genuine parts from the dealer. I waited and watched him work on my car. He makes sure his work is done right. He is very meticulous with his works. I am so pleased with the job he did to my car. I drove out of there with assurance I was going to make it home safely. He didn’t over charge me. I was happy with the price and I didn’t fell like I got screwed over. He’s a really nice guy too. Ken is an honest mechanic. I’m taking my wife’s car tomorrow.

Where do I start? I have two old cars with lots of miles. I don’t know how I would be able to keep them without Ken at Sacramento Auto Tech. He keeps my cars running so well that I regularly drive them cross country with a pretty high degree of confidence. Ken is outstanding in two regards. He is extremely fair and ethical and he is extremely competent .
When I drop my car off at Ken’s with a problem I know that I can trust him to diagnose and repair the problem and that the bill will be fair and honest. This is how auto repair should be.
