As others have addressed this is a no cash branch. I assume this has to do with the area in which they are located. It can be a bit of a pain but they have ways to make it work utilizing the ATM. I opened my original safe account here almost 15 years ago. I banked with golden one for about 20 years before becoming tired of their policy changes and fees. I bank exclusivity with SAFE now and am very happy with them. I have done many things at this location including opening several accounts and setting up a loan. I have always been very happy with the service. I have been to other locations where the service was terrible. I drive out of my way to come to this location because I know I will get good service. The manager is quite helpful. If you aren’t trying to do a large cash transaction I highly recommend this location.

They a horrible they do not even know how to set up a business account they ask for paper work that does not exist if you do not know how to set up and account just say it instead of waiting my time I went to a full service branch and they opened my account with no problem

The Bradshaw branch’s deposit policy inside FoodMax is horrible. A 7-​day hold for a 15K check!!! Folsom had only a 1-​day hold for a 38K check!!! You basically have to beg them to have them release partial funds. I would not recommend anyone with 2K or more in their check book to come here. Also, the branch Manager, Angelina, is incompetent. How she got that title is beyond me. Oh and the kicker, they do not have cash on hand, so forget even asking to withdraw money from your account.
