Great shine, service with a smile, and a friendly conversation! My first visit, but won’t be my last.

Sandiye is a wonderful lady and she brightened up my day. I’m going to see her often. For me, it’s less about the shoe shine and more about the experience. Getting my shoes shined is very important to me. I am glad I found her.

I highly recommend Sandiye. She is a definitely a pro. I sent an email. Got a quick response. Dropped off 3 pairs of shoes. Got a text next day that they were ready. The shoes never looked better. I even got a shine on the shoes I was wearing. Someone later that day asked if I got new shoes.

Having my prized red boots shined by Sandiye was a real treat. She was fun, lively and did a fantastic job. After 15 years, my old boots look brand new again! Me and my boots have been through everything together so this was a special day!

I discovered Sandiye a few years ago and have been a loyal client ever since. I live in Fresno and work in Sacramento several days a week. I always review my shoe and boot collection before packing to make sure any footwear needing a good polish makes the trip with me. This time of year its boots! Omg is all I have to say… If you are not taking your shoes or boots to Her then you are nuts! Quality work at a super fast turn around time! Can’t beat the prices as well I brought Sandie 4 pairs of boots and they came back the next two days in flawless shape just like new! Got my service for sure!

Sandiye is great, she was able to repair my moccasin slippers perfectly and in just a couple days, not to mention she’s just an overall friendly and good person to do business with! Her location has easy and free parking, very accommodating to the customers! Definitely recommend and will be going back!

Sandiye is absolutely great. Very friendly, and puts the care and attention into her service. The shop is tiny but she does have a single old fashion chair. Don’t be intimidated to go into the garage, she’s right there with a smile. Did a great job.

You WILL NOT regret having Sandiye the «shineologist» perform whatever kind of sorcery she does to transport your shoes back in time to the day you bought them. She did a great job on my Bruno Magli’s. One question is… do I tell people or not? Normally, I like to keep all the hidden gems… well hidden. However, Sandiye is such a sweetheart that I needed to let people know. So skip the coffee and pastry once a month and get your shoes looking great. Trust me, you will be full of confidence not caffeine and sugar!

A great job was done on my very beat up boots and the best surprise is how wonderful Sandiye is, very personable and lovely all the way around! I’ll be waiting for my boots to need another polish just I can go back and see her again.

Wow! I work near here, and kept meaning to bring my scuffed boots in for a shine, but I never remembered. But today, I was wearing them, and had some time at lunch, so I dropped by.
Sandiye is a doll. Not only does she provide an EXCELLENT service, she is sunshine personified. What a sweet, friendly person.
My boots were kind of a mess. They were expensive, but needed some TLC. She got them looking brand new, and was able to fix some deeper scratches in the shaft that had been there for a while. I am tremendously pleased.
I will be dropping off some other shoes in the next few weeks. She works at three different locations, her hours and locations are posted on her website. Can’t remember where she’s at? You can drop off your boots and she will call you when they are ready.
Give her a try. You won’t be disappointed.
