I have visited this place on more than one occasion and these people need customer service skills as well as general intelligence. I understand that people have a job to do but if you don’t explain the return policy and it is written but covered up then how will a customer know? I bought a dress for my daughter and it did not fit. I brought it back the next day or so and then I found out that the return policy is that I have to exchange for another dress or get store credit and come back another time and buy what I want with store credit. Are you serious? You will give me store credit for the amount spent but if I want to use that amount I have to come back another time to spent the full amount that makes no sense. I like this store but not enough for this.

Sassy is my new go-​to brick and mortar store for inexpensive cute club clothes. I haven’t found a store like this that I liked enough to give repeat business to, since my beloved Citiwear went away (RIP!) Sassy has casual clothes, club clothes, prom dresses, office/​work apparel, plus sizes, and a small accessories area. Pricing is reasonable and in-​line with the quality of the inventory. Staff seems friendly and always acknowledges me when I come in and as I shop.
The clothes selection seems hit or miss. The first time I went in I grabbed so much stuff that I easily exceeded the fitting room limit, and then had to do the «OK, Summer, which of these clothes do you REALLY need?» inner conversation before checking out. And then there’s been times when I’ve walked the whole sales floor and didn’t find one thing that interested me. Oh well… I like Sassy enough to keep checking back for more!
